Just finished my walk thru with "Uncle Joe" from AM Pro and I could not be happier. My husband is a retired contractor who has recently suffered a stroke leaving all decision-making regarding home improvements up to me. I had estimates from 5 different painting contractors and was most impressed with the way owner Antonio listened to what I was looking to get done and offered some very helpful suggestions. He sat down with me immediately after walking the property and presented me with a proposal in addition to what it would cost me to paint an older Tuff shed, an aluminum patio covering, and the wrought iron fencing around our pool. I was able to get the extra work done for the same cost other companies were quoting me for just the house painting. Brenda in the office was wonderful about calling to remind me when the crew was coming out. She patiently talked me through the on-line signing of the proposal. She was always courteous and upbeat. My biggest shout-out is to Joe who both supervised and was in the trenches with his guys. He took the time to verify what colors were to be used on what part of the house. He used the special metal paint that was used on our wrought iron and patio to paint things like our hose holder. It was very obvious to me that he takes great pride in his work. He was an absolute joy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any paint needs you might have. They were here on time every single day. They moved any furniture I had not already moved and covered anything that could not be moved with plastic. They were patient with me when I had to take my dogs outside for a potty break. They cleaned up afterwards. Joe walked the property on his own upon completion and caught 99% of any touch-up needed and then walked through with me to see if I saw anything he had missed. He assured me they would come back out if I later noticed anything not right. In short, I know who I am calling when I need some interior work done.
