I have used this store several times without an issue. However this last time I did have an issue…read more I had a screen replaced on my iPhone 6, before leaving the store I put my case back on the phone. A couple weeks later I took my case off while at my desk at work. I realized that the screen was loose (not screwed down) and there was a tiny tiny small hole in the screen. I was unable to see it before as there was a case on it. I tried to push the loose screen back into place, only to realize that there was something preventing it... I shook the phone and two screws fell out. I was dumbfounded that they forgot to correctly assembly the phone and that it ended up causing it to break my screen from inside (again a weird small hole the size of a tiny screw that assemblies the phone). I brought it back to the store because they say "we warranty the screen for so many days" .. JOKE!!! The guy at the store, when I returned to show him the issues, told me it doesn't matter when it happened because they don't know if the fault was theres or mine. I assured them that if they look at my phone they can see 1. there are no scratches where I dropped it and 2. what else would make a tiny hole in the screen the size of the screw 3. the screws inside are missing. Why would I take apart my newly replaced screen to do this? The guy looked at the phone and agreed it was assembled correctly but said I should not have pushed on the screen. I stated I did not know that there were screws that were unassembled in my phone because of their neglect . He said he was sorry but his manager wouldn't replace it. I decided to not hassle them over this but would Share the knowledge that this store is not competent 100% of time and that they will not honor their said screen replacement deal!!! I stated I was a customer for couple years and used there service several times and wish they would show customer service this time as it was something that was NOT my FAULT.... but they did not care. Again, I've used this store before for convenience, but will NOT use them AGAIN. I'm not sure if they've changed ownership.... I just do know they have POOR, POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Then I came across the PULS website and was shocked to see that 1)They repaired phones on Sunday 2)They actually come to my home 3)They claimed that a tech could arrive in an hour AND 4)The cost was only $79!!!! I was skeptical, but went ahead and scheduled a tech, where I PROMISE the following was the actual timeline 12:18pm - Submitted the form 12:22pm - Received a confirmation that a tech had been notified 12:26pm - Received a text from the tech, Tommy, that he was on his way 12:40pm - Tommy arrived at the house 1:00pm - He handed my iPhone with a brand new screen!!! My iPhone 8 screen was cracked for months so I thought I should go inside and see if there is something they can do. Gavin is the person that was there and he was very friendly. Kinda makes you feel like you've known him for years even though it was the first time. He looked at the phone and said he could fix it and it would be about 10 minutes plus or minus and gave me the price. The price he gave me was more than 50% less than what I was quoted from a licensed Apple dealer in a city 30 minutes away. So I was all in. I left to go order my food next door and in the time in took for my food being ordered to my food being prepared and paid for my phone was done! I am in fact typing this review on what is like having a brand new iPhone! Can't even believe I went so long using this with a cracked screen for so long when I had an affordable and simple solution right here in my own backyard here in Greeneville. Gavin did a phenomenal great job on my phone. So thankful and it was a pleasure doing business at MyPhone. I would recommend and refer to anyone that needs to get their phone fixed.
