Mozart also has unopened bottles of their own red wine on the table and they charge by the cm, which seems a bit silly because the shape of a bottle is different in different areas. My only gripe is that the staff have set up the counter backwards. Customers start beside the pay point and work their way along making selections going away from the pay point. Once the salad tossing begins customers have to fight back through the queue to the start in order to pay. Simply reversing the layout of the ingredients would streamline the whole process. Small gripe, other wise highly recommended.
