We have been customers of Amadeus Pianos Co for several years now. Our experience began with renting a piano for our child, as we did not know how well the lessons would go. We picked out a piano and arranged for a delivery date. It was delivered on time and the crew was great. Yury tuned our piano many times while we had the rental piano. Our piano teacher also uses their services and has on multiple occasions commented on the tuning quality. After some time we finally decided to buy a nice permanent piano. Yury was extremely helpful in educating us on what type of the piano we should be looking for and what would make the best investment. At the time he did not have what we needed in his showroom so rather than trying to convince us to buy something from him he helped us find a privately listed piano and gave us an objective opinion on what the condition of the piano was and what maintenance would be needed. We used Amadeus Pianos to move that piano to our house. Once again, a great experience, they took such good care of the new piano (even wrapped it in a special padded case when moving it since it was raining). Piano mechanism needed some work and Yury took care of it within a week (which was even ahead the originally committed date). Since then we have regularly been using Amadeus Pianos for tuning and any maintenance whenever needed. Yury is always on time and is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Amadeus Pianos. My initial review of Amadeus Piano has since disappeared as a result of Amadeus deleting their accounts with negative reviews and retaining this one. Please notice the only positive reviews on this account were written within the last 60 days and the company has been in business for 10 years. I had to sue Amadeus for terrible work and even worse customer service. Delays weren't days late they were months late and the final result was so bad that I had to get the work re-done. Look at the "hidden" reviews on this page to see photos of court papers and judgements. They refused to refund my money and I had to sue them to get my money back. The owner tried to delay the trial on 3 separate occasions in an effort to inconvenience me. His own lawyers quit on him due to non payment. Ultimately the courts ruled in my favor and then after receiving judgement, I had to get the Marshals to literally padlock their doors in order to force them to pay. Not nice people and the owner Yuri has made some comments about me on this very page that you can read and judge for yourself. Complete fabrication of lies, by the way. If you or anyone you know goes to Amadeus to repair their pianos after reading this review then you deserve everything you get. I cannot stress enough how poor this operation is and how horrific an experience this was. RUN, don't walk away and find another company. read more

I live south of Houston TX and acquired the services of Amadeus to evaluate a piano I was interested in purchasing in Connecticut. After receiving a good report on the piano, I then hired Amadeus to make the cross country move for me. The piano was delivered and set up in pristine condition. The fine quality of the piano was just as Yury had described in his evaluation to me. Because of the knowledge and experience of handling pianos, they were able to move the small grand up my tight stairs without any damage to the instrument. I really can't say enough about my incredibly positive experience with Yury and his crew. Ours was not an easy move - but Yury expertly mapped out the plan for his team of four to move our piano from the ground floor up a narrow flight of steps into our living room. It was so evident throughout the entire process that they have a love for the instrument. In fact when the piano was all set up we were rewarded when a member of Yury's team played it for us.
