Any ways I went to the counter to ask about an appointment and the guy pointed me to the service manager, now I was pretty happy about this because dealing with a manager I would think I would get the overall best service of the place, anyways the Manger Zac asked me for all my info, and repeatedly asked me if I have done business at their location which I answered more than 3 times to that same question, anyways I gave Zac all of my info and the was entering in the information, I was hoping to have a date scheduled before leaving because it's not easy to get time to put the RZR on a trailer and drop it off with my work schedule. Again, gave all my information and then he gives me a business card and asks me to email him my info, I was confused because I just gave him all my info but I said okay I will do that. He handed me his card, I emailed and called them 2 times and I still as of today do not have an appointment scheduled. So like I said if you're going to spend $40k on a RZR and need service, I would not recommend this location. I've heard good things about the Polaris in Yuba City so I will try there next. I sent the email on 4/1/26, which is the same day I went into this location to schedule a service. If this was just a normal service I wouldn't care so much, but this is a recall that could potentially burn you alive with a fuel fitting that either breaks or falls off or does something enough for them to send me 20-30 recall letters to bring it in and get fixed. Called dealership had them pick up bikes to service both and get the one bike to run correctly. The van came to pick up the bikes and the guy had a difficult time loading the bikes into the van.I should have stopped him right there and saved me this complete shit show! Watched him grabbing the bikes on the plastics. Just roll them in and strap them in. Bikes come back all scratched up. Seats on the wrong bikes. Her seat is shaved down. Had new batteries installed. One battery is dated as replaced the other no date?Talked to Donnie and he gave me a credit $200. That was strike 1, my bike was back not running again. This time called shop a brought the bike to them. They took pictures of my bike and so did I. Last time they cleaned the carburetor. They rebuilt carburetor this time. They called me asking about my fuel. I had just emptied the tank and had fresh treated non ethanol race fuel in tank. I declined a fuel flush. They flushed my tank and took my fuel Anyway. Pick up bike notice it's dirty scuff on fender. Instead of walking you out to your bike you are picking up they just want your credit card and move you on. I clean bike up find out the tank is scratched at fuel cap. The front lip of the tank is also chipped they claim they did not remove the tank. They removed the tank! Shop denied this. Strike 2, I have photo's ! This bike has maybe 60 miles on it and fill tank by plastic fuel container. I talk to Donnie he said he's doing an investigation? He calls me back saying he will not do anything about it claiming that I'm trying to get over on him. And there are a lot of other dealerships up here In the area. Strike 3, you're out! Am absolutely loving the bike. Feel like i got a fair price. With that being said we had a little issue to start however, Shawn absolutely made sure i was taken care of from start to finish even amongst a staffing change in the service department. I appreciate that as it seems that customer service is a lost art anymore. I appreciate the fact that he came thru with what he said he would do from day 1. So thank you Shawn.

Extremely Poor Customer Service - Honda Service Department I…read morepurchased a brand-new Honda CRF250F and after only one month of ownership, the battery was already bad. When I brought it to the service department, I was told that Honda does not warranty their batteries and that replacing it would cost $170. The service representative then accused me of leaving the ignition on, claiming that is why they don't warranty batteries. That was absolutely not the case. I found it very unprofessional and insulting to be accused of negligence after spending nearly $6,000 on a brand-new motorcycle. Refusing to stand behind a defective battery and blaming the customer instead is unacceptable. This was extremely poor customer service, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this service department.
