    My son purchased 2 power steering pumps and both failed after installation by a local mechanic…read moreshop. Since he has tried to return both and can't get any sort of help from the store and has had to contact corporate, which has been zero help either. He has been waiting on a "supposed" shipping label from corporate for 6 months while making repeated efforts to follow up as to why he has not received it. This company has HORRENDOUS customer service! We will NEVER shop at Napa after this experience! Additionally, we will not be using anything other than original factory parts after this experience. Sadly, Napa has proven they don't care about their customers once you've purchased. GREED!!! 6 months he's been trying and isn't any further along since he stepped foot in the French Bar store requesting his refund with the part in hand! Napa Corporate you should be ashamed!

When I decided I was leaving the part with them because it was useless to take with me at that point and told them how they were acting, Gabriel decided to call my mom a bitch, and then proceeded to hide behind his senior citizen coworkers as he really wasn't about it! I've since called corporate, notified them of the incident, and they are processing my return as we speak, my advice to the store owners that you should probably find a new manager, and fire Gabriel, as he's not worthy of your $16.50 an hour

Jim has been in demand for keeping our bikes on the road for over 50 years, I know were lucky to have him all this time. I make no demands or attempt to know what he knows. I am loyal and respectful of Jims operation and getting inline in the waiting room is no big deal, because I know I will get my bike back smiling and ready for the road. He is very reasonable in price versus…read moretaking your bike/quad to a dealer in Sacramento and getting bent over for a grand, when he does quality work for half the price. To address other reviews about him being grumpy, I agree he can be. When I originally tried to bring a vehicle in for repair he seemed to be a pain in the ass with no time to give me, that said he was extremely busy. He made me an appointment day two months out, and said come back and we will talk. When I returned he was super cool, and took care of couple of additional things for no charge and repaired my quad fast, and for $600 less the PCP Yamaha wanted, were the quad was original purchased. Bottom line it's just him working in a really small shop, but he knows how to work on bikes and quads. He has a customer for as long as he is in business from us. Thanks Jim for getting the kids quad fixed up, I was ready to throw it away before you made it new again.

There was nothing on the site that said email or call to order. So I emailed AFT and asked how to order. I was told "you have to buy from us." I emailed back and asked how do I do that? I was told, "from our web site" I wrote back and said "am I missing a link" and Jim replied, "call me it's that simple" I explained there is nothing on your site to tell a customer how to order and it's not that simple and no need to be rude. Jim (the OWNER) responded-this is a direct quote from the owner Jim "I don't want idiots for customers" and " For some reason you wanted to start a pissing match. We don't care what you say on blogs etc. Have at it." Needless to say I did not buy from him. Potential buyer beware!

Earlier I had sent him a picture and a wish list of things I wanted done for my motorcycle. He promptly replied with an email that said "I told you to call me I don't have time for emails." I'm sorry but I think that if you are going to talk down to me by saying I TOLD you to call me. I shudder to think what type of business he runs when he can be so unprofessional and discourteous to a potential new customer. Don't fall for the hype when they claim to be 2 time world champion custom bike builders. No matter what accolades they may have earned the one that they are most lacking in is the one of good customer service.
