I went in here one Wednesday afternoon to do a quick ATM transaction. As soon as I walked in the door, I was GREETED (huh?! at a bank?!) by a kind woman who asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I said I just wanted to use the ATM and she recommended I just go to a teller instead. There was NO ONE in the bank at the time I was there, so I thought what the heck. The teller took my deposit quickly and very politely (I have to say he was one of the nicest tellers I've ever encountered). When he finished he asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. It then occurred to me that I'd been locked out of my Citi online account, so I asked if he could help me reset the password. He told me to wait one moment, and literally one moment later one of the financial specialists came over, greeted me by name, shook my hand, and led me back to his desk. I explained what the issue was and told him I was sort of embarrassed to be wasting his time with something I could probably do with a quick phone call. He said "It's no trouble at all -- that's what we're here for, sir." I LOVE THIS PLACE~!!!! I have a feeling that the special attention was more a function of no other customers being in the bank at the time and everyone was looking for stuff to do. But I have to say that this branch kind of blew me out of the water. I left very, very happy.
