Recently, I had meniscus surgery on my knee and was having trouble walking. My quad was so tight and stiff, and I had to walk with a cane just to help support my body weight. We upped my treatment to every week and in just two sessions my quad let go and I was able to walk without my cane. I don't know what I would do without Linsey and her amazing massage work. All that being said, I usually only see Linsey... but there are time she is not available. That's when I see Tammy! She is equally talented and gives a quality message. Tuesday night I got maybe 2.5 hours sleep. And I kept waking up because I was in pain. That was not okay. He had told me, since last week...to go get a massage. I caved. And I knew that this was a reputable place and it was nearby, and most importantly, there was availability. I never ever have any expectations of a massage because I don't really care for them. But I honestly have to say this was probably THE best massage of my life. It was uncomfortable at times because I was super knotted up, but never painful. And I know to breathe, just lik during tattoos, so I was fine. But I felt SO much better. But more importantly I SLEPT. Ameen told me to sleep on my back with a pillow under my legs as much as possible for the next week to let everything settle. Which is difficult because I'm a side sleeper.
