We have been with Service Champions since 2014 and never ever had any issues with this company…read more Over the years technicians have changed but all are knowledgeable and professional. We even replaced or AC/heating system with them which was a big investment. We have used them for an insulation project also and some minor electric work. This review is mainly for ac/heating. Techs are on time every time and phone custom service friendly and respectful. Dave M. was here today and did our semi annual tuneup as we are part of their VIP service. He was personable, neat and kept us informed as the service was performed. I also learn something new each time they visit to help us save PGE expense. Thank you Dave & Service Champions.

Every summer I'm reminded how disappointing our system from Service Champions has been. Half the…read morehouse stays cold while the other half is always warm and uncomfortable. We were originally sold on the idea of a zoned system with separate thermostats and motorized dampers for different areas of the house. It sounded like a great solution. After repeatedly bringing up the issues, we were eventually told by a salesperson that it would cost an additional $16,000 to make the system work the way it should have from the beginning. That was incredibly frustrating after already investing so much into the original installation. At this point, the promises to "make it right" never materialized, and we're still dealing with uneven temperatures throughout the house every summer. It is funny on the reviews they ask you to call so they can better understand the issue. I laid it out in my review, their salesman told us the fix and yet they have done nothing. If you want to better understand my issue pull up my file bring up your salesman's suggestion on how to fix it and take care of the promise you made to me and everyone of your customers " We will make it right to your satisfaction".

Today I took a friend out to the Twisted Pig for a meal. This review is first my impressions,…read morefollowed by his. First, we were seated promptly (outside, as the inside was full). This worked fine for us. We had our menus and drinks in a reasonable time, and had a relaxing time throughout. We both had the pulled pork sandwich along with the ice tea. I also had the cup of chili - nicely spiced). I enjoyed my sandwich (skipping the bun, as I am trying to limit carbs). My friend, whom I realized often fusses about the meals we share, was more critical. His comments were "Wrong bun, hamburger bun shoulda been an onion bun" and "How long does it take to make a sandwich?" (The wait time was totally reasonable to me.) He didn't like the potato salad (but ate it all with little time spared). He liked the meat in the sandwich, giving it a 5 out of 5. He liked the service less (I felt it was on point and just fine.) The twisted pig is a good place to eat, if it is noisy inside (as it often is) check out the patio.

Unfortunately, my dining experience wasn't as positive. I waited almost an hour and a half for my meal, and by the time it arrived, everyone else in my party had nearly finished eating. Since it took so long, I ended up taking the food home. I did try it later, but I wasn't very impressed. That may have been because the food was cold by the time I ate it, as it sat for quite a while before it was brought to me. While I truly appreciated the manager's efforts and customer service, the long wait time and overall food experience left me disappointed.

As a first time home buyer, I felt well taken care of, never pushed or swayed into making a decision, and confident that she would look after our best interests at any cost. For the first house we made an offer on, we signed the papers at 9:30 at night, and she made a personal presentation to the seller the next morning for us a couple hours before she left on vacation to Hawaii! Now that takes dedication. And we didn't hear a single complaint from her. When we ultimately did find *the house,* Cindy not only moved quickly and efficiently to get everything handled, she even got us a huge check at closing from the seller for repairs! We hadn't even realized that was an option for us. She made sure we understood the inspection, all the paperwork, and the financing completely before we signed anything, and we felt secure in our decision. We're very happy in our first home thanks to her! Cindy was so cute, she even dropped by a baby present when she found out I delivered. I recommend her to everyone that is looking for an outstanding Realtor.

We see too many people lose their home to foreclosure and fall victim to having a lien to satisfy from the bank after they think they are in the clear. As a result we've made a practice in assisting families through the short sale process and educating them on the need to control the process by not letting the bank foreclose. We have been successful in negotiating a non-recourse settlement in 100% of our cases. 3) Luxury Home Sales: We have been particularly successful here in our Sacramento area market as we market to our Bay Area clients and contacts. 4) Investors: We help investors (seasoned and first timers) find, evaluate and purchase income properties
