We were originally sold on the idea of a zoned system with separate thermostats and motorized dampers for different areas of the house. It sounded like a great solution. After repeatedly bringing up the issues, we were eventually told by a salesperson that it would cost an additional $16,000 to make the system work the way it should have from the beginning. That was incredibly frustrating after already investing so much into the original installation. At this point, the promises to "make it right" never materialized, and we're still dealing with uneven temperatures throughout the house every summer. It is funny on the reviews they ask you to call so they can better understand the issue. I laid it out in my review, their salesman told us the fix and yet they have done nothing.
