Not only is it located perfectly off I-27 but it is the PERFECT place to have a wedding. It was like a large cottage (in my opinion) with huge ceilings that brought in the Texas sun from different angles during the day, large OPEN space that was turned from guest seating, aisle, etc to a dining hall! Again how convenient! Beautiful white tapestries that graced the floor- such an airy feeling..it literally was whimsical. The area that the bridesmaid got ready (back area) was the perfect nook for a large crowd of women & then some to get ready so you know it was a huge space! Let's talk restrooms-BEAUTIFUL! And more than 1 stall! Lol I couldn't have been more pleased and in awe of the space provided for the event and each detail matched perfectly to the wedding plans. I didn't have much interaction with any staff -they allowed the wedding coordinator to do her thang but I did see them and their smiles were so warm so If I needed to ask anything they would have gracious and willing to assist. Check is was amazing as the person that checked me in was lovely and friendly and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat! The room was well sized, it did have a bit of a stale sweat odor unfortunately! I am going to start traveling with my travel essential oil humidifier for this reason but it was clean and well appointed with a large window the length of the room. The room was quiet , bed was comfy and the stay was pleasant - will definitely stay here again while here for work as it's a great property and location!

Honestly, don't sell the room (or at least discount it) if it's that bad and you know it! No continental or provided breakfast either. You can buy breakfast from a "cafe". For over $200 for one night. We could have stayed anywhere else, we should have, but we didn't know the room condition until we had all our things in the room and it was 11:00 at night already. Certainly our bad for not just leaving, but my experience is my experience, so here we are. Giving 2 stars for the beds being somewhat comfy; if the A/C worked and the cot was not broken (and they knew it), it would be higher.

They were there when we needed them, they let us have control when we needed them, and were behind the scenes making sure everything went perfectly. I could not have asked for a better venue or a better team supporting us. When you book them, you get the whole weekend to set up, have the wedding, and clean up. Shelly gives unrestricted access to her rooms full of decorations, direction on where to go to get everything you need for the big day, and makes sure to help fill in any gaps you may have missed. She is like a second wedding planner but knows when to back off if she is not needed. Rick helped coordinate the ceremony and got the ball moving whenever it was time for each step to take place. He was irreplaceable during our rehearsal and our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without him. Would not recommend any one else to support you during your big day!

I regret hiring this venue, and my heart is just saddened as again we had such high hopes. There was no communication prior to, and I was told it was my coordinator, and Dj's fault.
