Unfortunately, when I arrived, I experienced what felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The receptionist suddenly claimed the quoted price was only for their most basic, non-ceramic tint. I explained the situation, showed her the competitor quotes I had passed up, and explained that my schedule is very tight. She was completely dismissive, refused to honor or price-match the original quote, and didn't even offer an apology for the 'miscommunication.' Because I was already there and couldn't easily reschedule my day, I ended up paying double the original quote to get the ceramic tint. My advice to anyone coming here: get your quote in writing and make sure it explicitly states the exact type of tint (e.g., nano-ceramic). The owner and manager are both excellent to work with. I had my windows tinted here approximately seven years ago, and recently the back window tint started to peel and come apart. I brought my car in and explained that I couldn't find the original invoice, but the tint had been installed right after I purchased the vehicle. I believe 1 star is more than generous considering the unnecessary issues I experienced at this shop. I brought in my brand-new car--with fewer than 200 miles on it--for a tint job. After two hours, the car was ready, but here's where the problems started: Somehow, the driver's seat belt ended up twisted. I checked multiple times and couldn't figure out how it happened--it made no sense. On top of that, the interior was left with shoe marks and water stains, which is completely unacceptable. When I pointed this out, the owner casually said, "You can wipe it off." I was stunned--me? While that alone might not have been a deal-breaker, the tint technician's behavior certainly was. When I asked him to get the owner, he became confrontational, got in my face, i told him to back off and said, "I'm not afraid of you." I was taken aback--why was he acting so aggressively? Unless he had something to hide, like maybe he caused the seat belt issue? Regardless, that kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. I've made an appointment with BMW to inspect the seat belt, and I'm sure they'll have a valid explanation as to how it became twisted. What I do know is this: I'll never recommend this place, and I won't be bringing my other two vehicles here if that's the kind of person they choose to employ. read more

Dishonest and Unprofessional - Stay Away! I came to this shop with a clear request: I wanted the best heat rejection and UV protection for my car. They quoted me a very high price, and after some back and forth, gave me a slightly discounted rate. I trusted them. Big mistake. When I got home, I noticed bubbles all over the windows. I called and they told me it would go away in a week. Three weeks later, the bubbles were still there--especially along the edges. The job was clearly done very poorly and carelessly. But the worst part? I kept feeling extremely hot while driving. My face felt like it was burning in the sun. Something didn't feel right. I went to an authorized and reputable shop to check what was going on, and to my shock, they told me the film installed on my car was extremely cheap, low-quality material that offers almost no heat rejection at all! I was furious. I ended up paying double to have all the film removed and redone properly at a trustworthy place. This shop completely betrayed my trust. Their work was dishonest, sloppy, and a total scam. Please, do not go to this shop unless you want to be ripped off. They lied, they overcharged, and they delivered garbage.
