Awesome experience with Travis here. Got a quote for front clear ppf, set a date, car was ready when promised. They even charged my car up. They stand by their quality so they said if any air bubbles or anything come up, bring it on back and they'll fix it. Communication was very easy and they were always willing to answer my questions. I had some tinting done before and wanted to get the front windshield done after I replaced the broken windshield. Emailed on Monday and Travis asked me to call him to lock in a time for Friday. Confirmed within 10 minutes of email and brought it in for Friday. Took half day off work to get this done. Then he asks if I put a deposit and that he doesn't take appointments without a deposit. Last time I came in, I paid the deposit when I dropped it off and it was done later that day and I paid the balance. This is infuriating because I took half the day off to get it done before I had to go on a business trip. Waste of time and money!! First off, you told me you get 300 calls a a day and you don't remember. 2nd. There were no customers in your front office when I showed up. 3rd. You didn't give me a quote on Monday bc I had the quote from my previous visit. 4th. You were being rude and were absolutely sure you would have asked for a deposit before taking an appointment. 5th. I emailed you on the day you were closed and I was surprised to hear from you the same day, so when you said I needed to lock in a time, I made sure to do so. What part of I'll see you Friday at noon and have it done by afternoon did I get wrong. Now you seem like a lying POS with your response. Of course I was pissed! We have used this place multiple times and I just cannot believe how terrible the service is and how rude Travis is. They made a mistake in the original quote - and he missed the information regarding an existing tint - their error that they did not capture. When we arrived - we were informed another $500 for removal of tint!!! We asked what could be done since this was completely different than the quote and we had to pay a non-refundable deposit. We felt like we had no other choice but to pay the extra balance because our deposit was non refundable. We called the sales guy that had given us the quote and just kept waiting for a response on pricing. Got a discount of $150. Dealt with sales guy and Travis multiple times but instead of apologizing and taking accountability for the error and making it completely right by not charging us we were told that they could just change to the entire $500. And this is customer service? This was their fault and told us we had to pay. We were never even give the option to get a refund so we could go elsewhere and totally baited us. Our tint job cost us double what was quoted. Do not go here. Note: Chris acknowledged 2 times that he missed about existing tint over the phone. Travis will manipulate to say "Never mentioned about the existing tint." Check the call logs and call recordings FOR THE PROOF. Liar and Dishonest!!! read more
