Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

The stock ones were a weird dull gray industrial looking color and it bothered me I called them and Arson walked me through the process and pricing over the phone. He booked me for the next morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my ride. He runs a clean cool looking shop. The prices were very reasonable and they did great work! I chose black because it matches the car better and looks more sleek I'd definitely recommend these guys - they do a lot more stuff so check them out.

I asked Mobil Tint One for a quote, which they provided a very reasonable one. I have a 2016 BMW 740i, which I've read and heard is a difficult car to tint and if a tinter isn't careful, they can easily cause $4k in damage to speaker amplifiers. I spoke to other installers who each conveyed the difficulty of tinting this car. I asked if they had done one before and they said they had. On the day of the install, the installer showed up at 3 o'clock, right on time. Unfortunately, I had forgot about the appointment. I spoke to the installer to confirm the details and that they were going to be able to tint this car. I also asked if they had insurance if they damaged the car. The installer said he called his boss and they didn't want to tint the car because they didn't know what damage it already had. Lol. New car under warranty. The car had a $97k window sticker. Why wouldn't an intelligent consumer confirm they're insured. Not much to say here except they don't have insurance otherwise they wouldn't have behaved the way they did. I recommend finding another installer that has experience and insurance. UPDATE In response to their comment in response to my review, I had forgotten the appointment, as mentioned in my first post. No denial there. I told the installer was on my way and was home 21 minutes after the appointment after making arrangements to drop what was doing and make it right. I asked if they had insurance and the single response I received is they no longer wanted to tint the car because they didn't know problems it had. It's a new car! On to the next point, There was no doubting the experience of the installer, rather only a simple question if they had done this exact make and model, to which the installer verbally danced around the question and said they were experienced. I never questioned the installers ethics. I'm not even sure what work ethic you could question when they haven't done any work and they were on time to the appointment. The criteria of their denial of service is such that if you ask if they've done your make and model and if they have insurance they'll deny you service. Plain and simple that's what happened. Danielle's comment is simply puzzling as my conversation with the installer was nothing but pleasant. It was even pleasant when the installer called back to say his boss said to pass on tinting my windows. Seemingly, Danielle found a way to add more to the case of a dishonest business with a lack of professionalism. My summation is the same. The owner got spooked that I was expecting something more than a slam job. read more

Amazing Service, I requested a quote and, in less than 10 minutes received a detail response with all the different types of tints. Sent over my address and got a confirmation that the installer will be there at 1 pm. 5 minutes before the given time the installer arrived, he greeted and asked me which type of material I wanted. I wasn't really well informed about window tinting so, Sandro took his time to explain to me everything I needed to know to be able to make a decision on which material I wanted. I was very skeptical of their service at first because my windows were darker than I had asked them to be so I got a bit impatient. They told me to wait for about a week and lo and behold the windows ended up the shading I asked for. Man these guys do some good work! It's really hard to find a tinting company that goes to you for a good price. Most companies charge you a fee and all that stuff but these guys go with their flat price. They came quite a distance to work on my Mazda as well, and on short notice too! I had a very unfortunate event that happened while getting my car serviced here, but I will say…read morethat in the end this business did do the right thing, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting them to reconcile. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.
