We had a small group of girls who were able to partake in decoden picture frame decorating. They had a great time and the staff were all attentive and warm. They have a large selection to choose from and such a great value for what you get. Would definitely recommend having a party or group event here. Wow! AMA's Dream Shop makes your dreams come true! I wanted to try the new forever lei bag charms. I picked up pikake strands at the Hawai'i Market Expo show (see Yelp review). I knew I needed the attachments and other items to make this lei bag charm. I went to AMA's Dream Shop and I immediately went to Jolene for help. She is amazing! Maybe that's what the AMA stands for?!? She showed me what I needed and went beyond helping me! Jolene literally showed me how to use a crimp bead and how to use the cable wire instead of the plastic string that held the beads together. The service here and attention to the customer is beyond a five star rating. She talked about options and I was floored. I tried hard to remember all the details and knowledge she gave me! Well, I tried my first one and it came out great thanks to Jolene! I'll keep trying! Hopefully, my skills will improve. The moment I walked in, I was in "Awe!" Omg , am I...DREAMING.? The kid in me...woke up! I was so excited to begin my shopping adventure! My daughter was with me and she was just as excited as I was. We parted ways as we made our way around the shop. Ama's has everything that you can...DREAM of...a Crafter's paradise! They have cute things here such as iron on patches, jibbitz, charms, accessories (to make jewelry, key rings and etc.), labubu and disney inspired things and so many other things. You just gotta go and see for yourself. Be prepared to spend hours here, lol. We were here close to an hour and a half. After we left, I wanted to go back already! This shop is honestly such a dream. It's a local family run business started by the sweetest grandmother who is known for her crafting, and you can really feel that love in everything they do. I had so much fun making handmade nursing badges, decorating pens, and personalizing my agenda. If you love adding little details and making things your own, you'll be obsessed. They have so many options for stickers, beads, and cute characters. I really recommend booking a party here with your girlfriends or family. It would even be such a fun idea for a kids party. There are so many things you can decorate like bags and bag charms, and it just feels so creative and relaxing. The family is so kind and welcoming. They made me feel right at home. Gems, craft items you can glue in things, doll clothes, Labubu Clothes, the store looks like it's "starting " so a lot of items spread out - spacious. Little on the pricey side. Not too much selections yet. Customer service needs a little help. Maybe after the person has more experience he won't be so much in a rush. read more

I'm sure we've all shopped and browsed various events and have seen these cute characters and items they've been decorated with well here at AMA's Dream Shop you can find many of the parts to make it your own. Located in Pearlridge Center Mauka you can find them right next to Workshop 28 and is probably the spot formerly occupied by Express and I just love the selection they have here. As soon as I walked I noticed the cutest denim tote which is just a sample of how you can decorate it with various iron on patches...just love the idea as I have one myself that was already decorated and get lots of compliments on it. Looking through the shop there is just so much more majority of the items are found places like Japan and more where the on limit is your imagination, the staff here are so nice and can answer any questions you may have as I've asked a bunch of questions and creating something that just uniquely personalities best value ever. I was vacationing in Hawaii last month. We took our Granddaughter there and we wanted to design her cell phone case. But however, we did not have enough time in having it done. So the salesperson suggested we can purchase the basic items to compose and design the cell phone case and allow 2 days to let the glue to dry. So we did it. It came out beautiful. So we will return next year in May of 2027 and purchase more supplies to make more cell phone cases. I wanted to check the website to order more supplies and more Labubu decals for my Hydro Flask. I stopped by this store for the first time just to look around after my massage appointment. For some reason, I felt like few of the store employees there thought I was going to shoplift since they kept following me wherever I stopped to look at something in the store. I noticed an employee would stand near wherever I was browsing. Kinda obvious they were watching me. I understand they are watching out for theft but it really made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming to the point where I couldn't really enjoy shopping in the store. They could've at least asked me if I needed any help instead of following me around. And what's funny, there were other people in the store they could've been keeping an eye on. It felt pretty insulting for these employees to think I was a shoplifter. Store employees now don't know how to show good customer service anymore and this store is one of them. And everyone wonders why some businesses don't do so well. Why would anyone shop at store that profiles you as a shoplifter.
