System is quite smart as you're free to brows to your heart content since all inventory are behind glass which is a safer viewing and if you're ready for any help all you need to do is sign in at the counter and they will call you when it's your turn. I do really wish that they have what each of the crystals represent along with the names of them to take with you as I do know the basic though am a total novice to the more selective ones...though I'm sure you can ask as well as some of us are not that familiar with it all. If I could put zero stars I would. We bought my daughter a jade red string bracelet and within 2 weeks the string unraveled and broke. I went in to get help and they did nothing to help. They said the owner said they couldn't do anything because the bracelet was worn already. Horrible quality and really bad customer service. Whenever I visit Pearlridge, I stop by their shop. I have visited a number of times and they acknowledge me when I enter. I am not able to wear jewelry due to skin allergies, but I do work with crystals and minerals, and they have one of the largest selections on the island. The employees are attentive and check in with me as I browse their wonderful selection. It is very easy for me to leave with several pieces when I visit. They have crystals and minerals for every budget. If they are busy, you sign in when you are ready to be helped. If not busy, I just ask them to show me the pieces I am interested in. I was surprised to see a crystal shop in Pearlridge and the prices are pretty good, with large selection. Note: you have to sign in to get helped on. I didn't realize that the first time I was browsing. I was able to get a gift for my company's secret Santa game. They also have a lot of cool jewelry. The store name doesn't really jive with what they sell. I would have named it Trance Crystals & Jewelry or something more metaphysical like that. read more

Where can I start? I would purchase from this shop when they were a kiosk and was so HAPPY and excited to see that they moved to a large showroom! Beautiful and high quality crystals. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I've definitely spoiled myself way too much here, but I can't get over how stunning their inventory is! Would highly recommend. I've wholesaled a bunch of crystals for my own small business and their prices are as expected or even lower on the larger pieces. Nice assortment of bracelets and palm stones (and other things, but this is what I came for). The store was super crowded when I went but it was December, about a week from Christmas. I had to sign up to get assistance because it was that crowded. It wasn't a long wait. My associate was very helpful and patient but only partially knowledgeable about the different stones. If I had to choose between knowledge and a good attitude, I would still sacrifice a ready working knowledge. Prices seemed pretty standard. Only bummer for me was that there wasn't any turquoise in the store. I suppose they could have run out from all of the foot traffic. Since my sister has a ton of bracelets from here, I thought this is the perfect place to go. They have a ton of gold, silver and rose gold necklaces with white, pink and dark pearls on them in different lengths. And the bracelets are the skinny type, but they look so cute with the shells, hearts or jade on them, especially when you have multiple stacked. My sister loved her gift, she feels so fancy when she wears them. I have super bad eyesight and for some reason it was kinda dark so I couldn't see them clearly, so she had to turn the light on haha. My husband bought a Lapis Lazuli point from them when they were a kiosk at Pearlridge, and recently when we visited the mall, we found out they moved into a nearby store space. Everything is really organized and behind glass displays, which I really like. It keeps everything sanitary and especially with crystals, I don't want just anyone and everyone touching it before I purchase it. And it keeps it all organized too. If you go in and are interested to look at something, they are super helpful and have you sanitize your hands beforehand. They bag up the purchases as well and it's labeled which is super convenient. For crystal newbies, it might be tough because while there's sticker labels or box labels on many of the crystals, the functionality and benefits of many of the crystals aren't displayed, except for the major ones (Amethyst, Fluorite, Rose Quartz, etc). It does keep everything nice and organized in appearance though. I've been to other places that sell crystals and the two things I like elsewhere that they haven't done here (which is actually minor) are: (1) Using a tuning fork after the purchase to clear any energy it had beforehand (I can do this at home though and only some places I've been to do this) (2) Having little cards with your purchase on what the crystal properties are (I don't really need these now that I have some experience with crystals, but for newbies this would be really helpful) TL;DR version: Customer service is great, prices are reasonable and there's a great selection. Will be coming back because it's more conveniently located/closer to home, it's very organized/clean and due to the above reasons. read more

Pearl bangles have been popping lately. Everyone has them now! My cousin got me into pearl bangles. I was one to never wear jewelry but one day my cousin dragged me along and that was it. OMG I am so pissed!!! first of all my daughter went to this crystal shop to buy a crystal for me and she the said the lady was really rude too her. so I went back with her to see which crystal she was gonna buy for my birthday and we are looking around and the same lady is working but she is helping a guy and I can hear her telling the guy what do you need!? how come you don't know what is jade? you don't know about crystals look at the paper on the wall?!? and she was saying it in the most sassiest voice.. it's not like she was busy! they had 4 workers and 2 customers.. so after the guy walked out I told him to write a yelp review but he was so nice and said it's ok. I asked him for the ladies name on the receitpt and it said served by Myla!!! this lady has no personality and BAD ATTITUDE!!! she needs customer service training!!!
