This was the family who we ultimately sold to because they were a fellow military family who loved our home as much as we loved it. We had 6 full price or over list price offers within 4 days of listing. The open house was amazing! They set up an expertly hosted open house (three times) with short notice, and made me want to buy my own house! The attention to detail and presentation was amazing. The open house is tailored to you, your needs, your neighborhood and your house. We were able to leave for the weekend of the open houses and they managed everything. We did a 21 day escrow which was a work of magic. EVERY reference they provided, from the loan agent (Jon Solek, so amazing), to repairman (Manny, who showed up the day before Thanksgiving to do roof repairs on our new house due to rain in the forecast), carpet cleaning (Pinks), et al. In short, the people the recommended not only complemented their team, but had the same level of expertise and integrity as that of Steven and his team. Now, this process was not without its problems. The selling agent and escrow company of the house we were buying were absolutely horrible and incompetent, but we had to work with them because of the seller. That being said, Steven, Brittney, Jon, and their team were able to personally massage the process and guide the selling team's incompetence to success.
