Every detail was so creative, planned with intention and executed to perfection! So many photo opportunities for the bride, groom and wedding party! The tables were beautifully decorated and stunning! Some tables were in full sun until later in the evening. Maybe some shade for those tables? The grazing table was beautifully crafted and they had 2 staff members adding the guests selections in a cup. Another staff member walked around with quesadilla appetizers. They also had a bar with signature drinks. Dinner was a buffet of tri-tip, salmon, mashed potatoes, green beans, Ceasar salad and rolls. The dessert table was under a rustic gazebo with a chandelier. Stunning! In the beginning of reception, part of desserts were in the sun. It would be nice if there was a way to have some shade on it for hot summer days. The DJ had many guests dancing on the dance floor and played really good music! Having an area for s'mores was a nice touch. They had the cutest rustic cabins, not far from the wedding reception area. Our adorable studio cabin ~Pine Rose~ was definitely a memorable stay! Once I was seated, the orthodontist informed me that he is the new orthodontist at the office and that he does not work with lingual retainers. I was then told that I would either need a different type of retainer or would need to be referred elsewhere. What I don't understand is the lack of communication from the office. If this has been the case for some time, why wasn't I informed when I scheduled the appointment? Why let me come all the way in, only to find out once I'm in the chair that the orthodontist doesn't provide the service I specifically scheduled for? It also felt very uncomfortable that pricing wasn't discussed upfront and that I was instead presented with the option of getting a different retainer once I was already there. It left me questioning whether the appointment was handled this way simply to get me in the office and potentially make a sale. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing and felt the office was not transparent with me. A simple phone call explaining the situation beforehand could have saved me the time and frustration. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
