We arrived at around 1:45pm hoping to be able to book for a 2pm slot and thankfully, they were super accommodating. Once we signed our waivers, we paid the parasailing fee ($98pp after tax) and the additional photo fee which was $30. After we dropped off all of our belongings at the Reservation Area, we were directed to the beach to grab our life vests. With it being Mid June, the sand was very hot but once we got to the water, we were fine. What we were unaware of was the banana boat that we had to take to get to the parasailing boat. It was definitely a pleasant surprise but a fun experience nonetheless. Once we arrived to the parasailing boat, the guys were extremely helpful and informative. They hooked us up to the harnesses and gave us a quick rundown of the rules. Parasailing was, by far, one of the most breathtaking and invigorating experiences I've ever had! I absolutely loved it and it was quite peaceful. Unfortunately, my friend did get queasy after a while so we had to cut our ride a bit short but the guys were very nice and made sure to give my friend some water until the other couple finished their ride. The rides lasted maybe 8-10 mins. If you're planning to visit Myrtle Beach or even live in the area, definitely check out Downwind Sails Watersports. There are height and weight restrictions so definitely check out their site for all the details but the staff were wonderful and the parasailing was amazing!

This was my first experience on the Gulf Stream and his second in over 5yrs. We owe our entire experience to the professionalism, dedication, and fun had with the "Party time" boat: Captain Parker and Lucas. They truly made our day above and beyond from their commitment to our experience and wanting to make it memorable! We couldn't be more thankful to have been paired with these guys! We will certainly be back to party again as their expertise led to us catching an Atlantic Sailfish and a beautiful Blue Marlin that was every minute worthy of an hour+ fight. Our guide, Zack, recognized that I was unfamiliar with jet skis, so he took the time to fully explain how they work. He checked on me throughout the tour, providing tips and demonstrations when necessary. My husband and daughter were on another jet ski. When they flipped, the guide immediately turned around and jumped in the water to assist them. The whole experience was organized and professional. I highly recommend this experience for beginners and for intermediate riders.
