We arrived at around 1:45pm hoping to be able to book for a 2pm slot and thankfully, they were super accommodating. Once we signed our waivers, we paid the parasailing fee ($98pp after tax) and the additional photo fee which was $30. After we dropped off all of our belongings at the Reservation Area, we were directed to the beach to grab our life vests. With it being Mid June, the sand was very hot but once we got to the water, we were fine. What we were unaware of was the banana boat that we had to take to get to the parasailing boat. It was definitely a pleasant surprise but a fun experience nonetheless. Once we arrived to the parasailing boat, the guys were extremely helpful and informative. They hooked us up to the harnesses and gave us a quick rundown of the rules. Parasailing was, by far, one of the most breathtaking and invigorating experiences I've ever had! I absolutely loved it and it was quite peaceful. Unfortunately, my friend did get queasy after a while so we had to cut our ride a bit short but the guys were very nice and made sure to give my friend some water until the other couple finished their ride. The rides lasted maybe 8-10 mins. If you're planning to visit Myrtle Beach or even live in the area, definitely check out Downwind Sails Watersports. There are height and weight restrictions so definitely check out their site for all the details but the staff were wonderful and the parasailing was amazing!

Don't risk it! 5) If you intend to give a tip, bring it with you (it may get wet) but there's a jar on the boat. Otherwise, you can tip them at the tent where you look at photos. 6) The ride will last about 15 minutes up in the air, but in our case, there was another group. So we were on the boat waiting while they were up in the air. 7) they will dunk you, no question! 8) Once you're back in shore, photos will be on iPads that they can give you the SD card or AirDrop them to you (for iPhone users). We made the best of it and still had a fun time but after about 30 minutes of going back and forth it left a little more to be desired.

I've never liked Arnold's pools. I think they're a amateur company with less than amateur staff. If you want to have a company with bad repoire with people then that's your choice but I'm going to do my best to let all the commercial and private pool owners know that Arnold's pools is unworthy of being a pool company to serve the Grand Strand Area they should shut the doors and find something else to do with their lives because it's clear they don't know how to service the industry properly and with faith. Word to the wise: They have multiple locations, so make sure to clarify when booking. I highly recommend the location and team at Grand Dunes. (Shout out to Brandon! He booked us and did our orientation.)
