Very happy we chose Jack's. *note that driving directions took us to a different business parking lot. Jack's is a kiosk in the parking lot in front of the pier.

The surf lesson hut is right at the edge of the beach and the parking lot near the hotel's water park area. Check in and signing waivers are at the surf shack. Open cubbies (not secure) to leave towels, sandals, small ice cooler etc behind the shack. Outdoor open shower for general use to rinse off afterwards located behind the shack on the way to the beach also. Parking: Booking instructions say that there is a white 2-story parking structure across the street (unknown cost) as I did free street parking.

If you're spending a few hours (or the whole day) at Broadway, that unlimited access makes it absolutely worth it -- especially for families or anyone who likes a bit of lighthearted adventure. It's a fun, unique attraction that breaks up all the eating and shopping, and I'd love to come back and do it again when they have it decked out for the holidays -- I can only imagine how cool that must look with all the seasonal lights and décor.

Customer were required to were gloves to keep the mirrors free from fingerprints. The maze is colorful and well designed. Mirrors are very clear, almost impossible to detect without touching. They also use music and blackouts to make it more fun. Friendly staff, encouraging everyone to complete the maze properly.
