He kept the puppies in a concrete bunker with air conditioning. When he collected to many old dogs who ate into his profits he suddenly had a FIRE and they all died. Hmmm.... a fire? In a concrete structure? Then overwhelmed by grief he bought all new dogs and started breeding en mass. My first question... Were gasoline barrels kept next to he building with candles on top? My second question... Did INSURANCE pay a claim for these withered animals that suffered neglect and had horrible living conditions? Fill in there blanks Arso#? Insurance Fr@ud? Leory Fhlug needs to be in JAIL. Hopefully he never comes near another animal and his business stay shuttered since there is no market for puppies anymore.

My fiancé and I bought a puppy from them recently, but had to put him up for adoption soon after. We realized we weren't ready for that type of commitment and tried to give him back to the breeder but he wouldn't take him. Any reputable breeder not only wants you to bring the dog back to them if you choose to rehome it, but requires it because they care about the dogs. They do not here. Their location is setup up like a pound with all the dogs packed in a dirty building locked in cages. We should have done more research on him and not bought from him because not requiring you to bring the dog back if you rehome it is a major red flag for a breeder. I am primarily giving such a low review though because of our interactions with the breeder. When we arrived, it was clear that he was an odd duck. He kept calling my fiancé "smiley" because she was happy that we were getting a puppy and as we were trying to leave, he started talking to us about politics. He just seemed to be a weird guy until we called him after about bringing the puppy back. Instead of rejecting our request and just giving us advice or resources, he lashed out and insulted my fiancé by yelling and swearing at her then hung up on her. Just interacting with him caused emotional damage. It was a nightmare working with this breeder, stay away if possible.

Never i was thinking someone can sell a puppy with genetic defect(There are several good reasons for neutering a dog with cryptorchidism. The first is to remove the genetic defect from the breed line. Cryptorchid dogs should never be bred. Second, dogs with a retained testicle are more likely to develop a testicular tumor (cancer) in the retained testicle. Finally, dogs with a retained testicle typically develop the undesirable characteristics associated with intact males like urine marking and aggression.) IN OUR AGREEMENT SAY SHE will replace puppy with a proof from doctor with genetic defect.(I had a proof from doctor)but the problem is :you don't go with puppy to a vet with 2 weeks the agreement is not valid. please when you buy a puppy for this lady go with your puppy asap to the vet.

I went here three years ago and now I have two cats from DCHS and I spend all my money on spoiling them. We have our two sweet, angel fur babies AKA children from DCHS and now we are crazy cat people. The feline counselors and adoption volunteers we worked with on both adoption occasions were amazing. They did very thorough intakes of our lives and wants/needs and helped match us to our fuzzballs. On both occasions, the adoption counselors recommended a cat that wasn't originally on our list "to see" and both ended up going home with us and being our perfect matches. The shelter itself is clean, well-maintained and full of fabulous people who care about animals and their humans. They adopt out hundreds of animals each week and serve a bunch of remote locations too. They have birds, small critters and dogs and cats. They also have a super cool wildlife rescue program that works with bats, owls, turtles and all kinds of Wisconsin wild creatures. They do amazing work and they only humanely euthanize an animal if it will not survive otherwise. They don't put down animals if they have too many, in fact this is a shelter that sends caravans to rescue animals from other states and shelters that would kill them. They have great veterinary teams and health consultations for new adopters. It would be an understatement to say that DCHS has changed my life. Please see ample photos of my photogenic cats.

My loveable Labrador Lambert was given to my daughter as a gift from a high school boyfriend. He is named for the husbands favorite Steeler, Jack Lambert, and one of my favorite country singers, Miranda Lambert. When inspecting his papers I found out his dad was Skidder Tom of Beaver Ridge so I was able to locate his biological father and Labrador ancestors. There is so much family resemblance every time I check out new pictures of new puppies and current dogs at the farm. I was so happy to get to know this loving family that just happened to start breeding Labradors for pleasure not profit and who also just has a strong love of the breed. I love this dog more than any other I have ever had because he is just such a big black beast of love. He is mellow, friendly, smart, and loving. In my humble opinion he is one of the most handsome Labradors I have seen. With his big block head and barrel chest. He has a shiny beautiful black coat to go along with all that machismo. Sure we had a year that made the dog from Marley and Me look like an angel. I had to replace shoes, sofas, bedding, etc. etc. I guess chewing goes with the breed and I should have kenneled him when I wasn't home but that was a lesson for me to learn. He got past that and is a wonderful addition to our family. I support dog rescue but there are those people that will go direct to a breeder so I wanted to give a five star shout-out to this fabulous family that loves their dogs and are putting some beautiful, loving, smart, Labradors out to the universe that would be a fabulous family member or puppy to grow up with your kids....

After I informed her that I sent a deposit she started asking a bunch of very personal questions and telling me we must neuter our current dog to receive a dog from her. The deposit was already sent and she asked the questions she should have asked initially. After 3 days had gone by with our name on the website for a reserved dog she emailed us letting us know she would not provide a dog. Honestly look elsewhere for a quality dog because she mentioned how her dogs were aggressive and needed to be separated and they were kept in crates when not breeding. Sounds pretty inhumane to me. Look elsewhere for your next friend as the heartbreak of the dishonesty of the owner is not worth it. She mentioned again after agreeing to sell the dog for $1,200 and me sending the deposit that the price has gone up due to high demand and if I would like to pay the full price she will give me a dog for $2,000. This place is an absolute joke.
