We were welcomed with a personal visit from an instructor who introduced herself and wanted to get to know our dog a little better. Our puppy took a liking to her while she explained to us in detail how the boarding service would work. She provided us with a list of items she needed in order to make our puppy's stay enjoyable for him: Food, any medical services he needed while he was away, personal clothing, toys, etc. Ruff pups sent daily pictures and video of our puppy to let us know he was okay. He also played with the other dogs in the area and was under constant supervision. I will very likely be using their services in the future. Our dog was healthy, happy, and anxious to see us when we came to pick him up. Thank you Ruff Pups.
