Upon entering the space, the staff members are all so pleasant, friendly, and informative. I appreciate that they really make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. My facial was done by Monica Jorge, and she really took the time to understand my skin so that she could customize her approach to treating it. I had been using retinoids, so Monica was super gentle when performing the diamond glow facial. She took the time to explain every step of the process as she was treating my skin, and ensured that I was relaxed the entire time. My skin is normally very reactive and I was a little worried that I would experience some redness/dryness or irritation after the facial; however, that was not the case at all! Monica prioritized hydration in my treatment, and my skin looks great now (a few days after my facial). I had no irritation at all and my skin is definitely smoother to the touch and less congested. Monica even recommended a lightweight moisturizer to add to my usual routine and so far, it's been great! I will definitely be back to Skin Spirit in the future!

The office manager, Tatiana, is also great if not a bit pushy about membership. I do realize that is where a lot of their revenue stream comes from but they can't be that pushy every single time a client comes in for a service. That's ultimately why I started going elsewhere for my BBL is due to the pressure-heavy sales pitch to become a member. They look so clean and put together and they never lift or chip. Russian hard gel is the way to go if you want great durability.
