We were greeted by a friendly woman who introduced us to both of our massage therapists, Cece and Jenny. During the massage, both therapists would ask us how the pressure felt, gauging their movements carefully not to harm us. The quality of the massage and customer service is 5 out of 5; hands down! I booked an appointment and went for a 90 minute massage and salt scrub for my birthday yesterday. In a word, it was 'A-Marvellous!!!' Lucy ushered me into the room right away and massaged away the soreness in my muscles from my workouts. She took her time and was extremely thorough, professional and courteous. The salt scrub was wonderful also as she exfoliated my skin and followed it up with a warm water rinse. The spa itself is impeccable. Lucy is by far the best massage therapist in Miami! I have gotten massages from chains, independent locations, Groupon, etc. and after finding Lucy, I won't go anywhere else. This is place is amazing. I took my boyfriend for a massage as part of his birthday gift. $100 bucks for 90 mins per person, not bad! We arrived at the location about 10 minutes before our 11 am appointment. Upon entering there was no one to greet us. We sat down and waited for like 2 minutes until a lady, named Jenny approach us. We told her we had an appt. for 11. She told us to follow her to our room. Once in the room, there were robes that we could wear. We waited about 10 mins until Jenny came in and gave us directions to lay facing down. She begin massaging me. My boyfriend on the other hand had to wait until another lady name Lucy arrived (probably like 2 or 3 mins wait). Lucy asked us where we wanted them to concentrate the most and the pressure. Both did an amazing job following our instructions. My boyfriend was very satisfied! The only thing I didn't like was that Lucy kept leaving the room (therefore stopping my BF massage) anytime she heard someone coming in or the phone ringing. This place is great. Its the closest we've been able to find that has that no frills, reasonably priced, high quality massage that we we're used to from back home (NYC). Its clean, calming/relaxing, nicely decorated and comfortable. My spouse and I go and if they have the room available we'll do it as a couples massage. Absolutely nothing romantic about it. You may hear a little moan or whimper from us, but we're just crying out from the intensity of our respective massage and the various contortions these folks will stretch you into. Ladies, Shari once stretched my hips and waist so well, I swear she put everything back to its pre-childbirthing place. Or at least it felt like that. I really enjoy my massages here. Be sure to specify to the massage therapist how hard or soft you like it. They may not ask, and I have noticed that they are all very strong. There is a strong language barrier so that sometimes makes communication a little challenging, but an issue. My only hangup with this place is the scheduling. It seems the person you coordinate your appointment with isn't on-site. There doesn't seem to be any communication and coordination between the scheduler and the actual massage people. We always make an appointment ahead of time and we always end up waiting when we arrive. Yesterday we waited for 30 min. I waited though because I knew it would be worth it. read more

The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not a 5 was because we were promised a free hot stone massage after our 60 minute massage and they forgot. They left the room without saying anything and left us laying there confused wondering whether or not they were returning with the stones. After a minute or two of waiting, I put on the robe and looked for the ladies to ask what happened with the hot stone. They apologized and said they had forgotten which was not cool. Went there and got a couple's massage a weeks ago. The staff is incredibly nice and even squeezed us in last minute at 9PM-really glad they have late hours. As for the massage personnel, they are phenomenal!! I got a deep tissue and this is the first time I've ever felt it was legit. The price is really good for what you get $100 for a 90 minute massage is awesome. You can even get it with hot stones (I recommend Lucy). Recently I was recommended their newest LMT Annie. The recommendation was not in vain. She is very good with her pressure. Her stretching techniques have me filling like a baby. The Reflexology that she worked on my feet gave me tremendous relief.
