I rarely leave reviews or complain, but management seriously needs to improve both training, and hiring standards here. I'm a manager myself, and deal with over 700-800 people a day so I fully understand everyone has off days. But customer service should always still feel welcoming and professional, Especially while paying premium prices 1st, the booking of the massage was quick easy and efficient. So credits there 2nd, the massage itself, I would say was bad/Below average. Not what I wanted in terms of therapeutic, or deep tissue. I understand deep tissue massages involves firm pressure, but they should not feel painful or leave someone feeling injured afterward. She actually hurt my lower left back, and left a small bruise on my bone. I left feeling exactly the same as I came in except feeling sore in a bad way. For almost 90 dollars before tip, don't waste your time coming here. I also found out afterward they offer a 45-minute option, which was never mentioned on the phone. I was only told 30 minutes or 1 hour. Customers should be given all available options upfront instead of partial information. And 3rd, she got visibly upset that the Tip wasn't "big enough" and told me "sir, the minimum has to be 20 percent", then she grabs the sign where the prices are, turns it around where there's words on the back, and as im reading the first sentence or two she quickly turns the sign back around so I couldn't read it at all. Seems to me like she forgot about the customer experience, and there was a reason I put the tip as I did. But because I felt like she really needed the money I changed it , and gave her 20 percent or at least close to it. A few extra dollars won't hurt me , but it's more so the principles. Coming from someone who is a manager, and received a bad service that ends up costing well over $100 total, these are what you need to focus on as a business. If these can't be fixed, it's time to start letting people go. -Customer experience -service quality -Communication -Professionalism All need major improvement. I typically refrain from leaving reviews; however, my recent experience was so unsatisfactory that I felt compelled to share it. I visited the establishment due to discomfort in my lower back and calf muscles. Upon noticing the massage facility, I decided to stop in. The masseuse entered the room and began to apply pressure to my back without employing any discernible technique or rhythm. The experience resembled more of a series of slaps on my back and legs rather than a professional massage. Furthermore, the session concluded twenty minutes earlier than the hour for which I had paid. Upon arriving at the front desk, the masseuse abruptly placed my receipt in front of me and indicated a sign that mandated a 20% gratuity. I expressed my belief that a tip was not justified given the quality of service I received. The attendant then seized the clipboard as if preparing to allocate herself a tip. I retrieved it and offered a $5 tip; however, she rejected it and reiterated the requirement for a 20% gratuity. To avoid any potential alterations to the amount, I ultimately provided her with $30. I have no intention of returning to this establishment, as the experience was exceedingly disappointing. read more

Made a last minute decision to book a time here with my bestie for a couple massage. The place is a lot bigger than expected so that was a relief. The waiting room was very simple and clean. She took us right in, showed us to the room and got undressed. The room was simple and clean - however unlike other massage places - there was no soothing music, the massage tables were not warm, and only a towel for cover. The masseur started with a medium touch, however while she felt my tight should knots , she went to town on it. TBH - it wasn't the most relaxing massages and had bruises the next day for the pressure but a few days later, knots were loose. We had an amazing experience! Called at 7pm got an appt for 9:30pm. We did a couples massage his was a deep tissue and mine was a Swedish. I have not had a massage in years and sit behind a desk all day so to say this was needed is an understatement. Both of our massages were amazing! I did ask for the stones but they forgot which was ok we will just have to go back and get the stones done we were not charged for them so not a big deal and it was closing time when we finished so it was ok. I was told to just walk in today and was seen right away. I think her name was Melissa. Very good therapist. Relieved the tightness and pain in my shoulders, legs, feet & arms that is probably caused by the use of a walker after back surgery. I highly recommend this business. The ladies were super attentive, asked us before the massage began what spots we'd like them to focus on or avoid and the pressure. They didn't even talk throughout the massage, which we really appreciated because from our previous experiences, the masseuses have a conversation while massaging. I saw Annie today on recommendation of my hairstylist and I was not disappointed!! There is a reason every reviewer on here is raving about Amazian. I loved the fact that when I arrived we went right to my massage. No lengthy paperwork or pressure to purchase package. Annie was so great, I swear she can probably kill someone with one finger but chooses to use her powers for good and not evil. I have been very stressed lately preparing for a big exam. As a surprise, my fiance scheduled me an appt for a 90 minute massage at Amazian Massage to help me relax before my big test day. Best fiance ever! Cindy was my masseur and let me tell you she has magical hands. From the get go she sensed my tension as my back was extremely tight. I had requested a deep tissue massage and she worked all those knots out. It was one of those "It hurts so good" kind of massages. Best nights sleep I have had in a very long time. My lower back and right shoulder were killing me. i went there for the 1st time on Monday. I told the woman in the front the issues with my back and shoulder and to please tell the masseuse to make sure there was good pressure applied in those areas.
