They were asked to fix the sticky bra part on the front of the dress because it flipped down whenever I moved. The owner stated that tightening around the arms would fix that easily. When I picked up my dress, the once comfortable sleeves were now painfully tight and the original issue was still present. I spoke with the owner about this and she suggested to "buy sticky tape because you can't really fix that". If I had known her professional advice would be to buy sticky tape, I wouldn't have paid $60 to have that fixed. She offered to try again, but at this point it was only a couple days before the wedding and I didn't have time to waste *hoping* she would get it right this time. I sent a message letting her know that my experience was not what I had hoped for and that a refund for the top part of the dress would be appreciated. In total I spent $110 to alter this dress and I only asked for $60 of that back. She went silent after I asked for the refund. I checked in again today and she told me not to text her anymore and was incredibly rude. So here we are. I was referred to this shop by several family members. It seems that some people have a good experience here, but sadly (and stressfully) I was not one of them. Will not be returning and I'd warn that you find anywhere else if it's for something majorly important like a wedding. Can't take any chances here! 0/0 stars

I immediately felt comfortable with her and was confident she would be able to make the necessary adjustments, even though they were not exactly straightforward. The waist needed to be taken in and lifted, the tank style lace shoulder straps shortening, and I didn't want to lose the pockets, which made it more complicated. Mila said she could complete it in two weeks and the quote was very reasonable. When I returned to pick it up I put the dress on and I was completely blown away by what a great job she did! When I asked her about it, she said it wasn't there before (which tells me that it happened in the shop, which it did). However she did not offer to dry clean it or try to get the stain out.
