Horrible experience. I hired them to clean our tile floors and grout. When i walked in to check on him there was so much water on the floor i was shocked. The water did permanent damage to my custom kitchen cabinets and baseboards. The toe kick of the cabinet now will not hold the color, it's chipping off due to water damage. Do these people not understand water can damage wood. Just to fix my cabinets $1581 and now Amazing Carpet and Tile are dogging my calls. I will see them in court. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. read more

We had Amazing Carpet out to do our carpets. As always, they did a tremendous job, even throwing in the closet rug for us. What I didn't expect was that their price has remained so low! Yay! A great company, reliable and reasonably priced! To make things even better, we decided at the last minute to have them clean our grout on our tiled areas. I thought the color was a beige, but it turned out to be a light cream color...what kind of housekeeper am I? Probably the same as you-I'm clean! But I was so impressed by how clean he got that grout; we moved in three years ago and never were able to get it looking so good. We owe them a big debt- they worked so hard. Fantastic!!!! My dog had a messy accident on my couch and Rick got out to my house first thing the next morning and worked quickly so I could get into work as soon as possible. Not only did my couch look great but when the smell didn't come out as much as I would have liked, he came back and worked on those specific cushions again. Couldn't ask for better service. Amazing is right. The first time we used them we were baby sitting a dog who decided that it wanted to pee on our carpet. The urine smell was so horrible it just about knocked you over going into the room. Rick did an amazing job and I think even to his surprise was able to remove all of the smell. Late last night there was another accident, but this time it was our dog who I think was mad about being given a bath and he decided to take it out on the same bedroom carpet. I emailed them well after hours and to my surprise I got a response right away and they said they would try and fit me in to a booked schedule. Sure enough they called letting me know they were on the their way and brought that carpet back to like new again. Highly recommend their services. read more
