I've lived in Scottsdale for twenty two years and have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies. I wasn't happy with the last one I had used and a friend recommended Cal at Integrity Clean. This is by far the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had! Cal is attentive to detail and very meticulous in his work. My jaw dropped at how great the carpet turned out, it looked brand new! Cal also cleaned a 5x7 white area rug that had two areas that really showed dirt, he was able to get the dirt out when he last carpet cleaner couldn't. Often times there is residue left in the carpet and it feels crunchy to walk on, this was not the case. Cal knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to mixing the right amount of chemicals to water to achieve a really good deep cI can't say enough good things about this company. Professional, attentive and strives for great customer service. He will be getting my business from here on out. So three years later (July 14, 2023) Cal continues to clean my carpeting every year. Call Cal! Our dog had a serious bowel disorder in our bedroom that needed professional management. Desperate to get immediate help, I began calling local carpet cleaners. Cal called me back within minutes. He had a booking that afternoon that became available (miracles do happen). He arrived at the house, saw the horrifying mess, got his equipment and went to work. He was gracious and understanding about our sick dog, and very thorough in cleaning not only the damaged area but also the rest of the bedroom and the closets. Two areas were supersaturated with cleaning agents and spots appeared the next day. I called Cal and sent pictures. He thought they were water stains and not any residual dog mess. Cal was initially referred to us, via our general contractor, because our wool carpet was soiled during our remodel. He got the marks out of the carpet, no problem, but it was his knowledge and care that made us think of him a year later when we wanted to clean the wool carpet throughout our house. Both for our own home and our rental properties, we need someone we can trust to know what to do on carpet/upholstery cleaning and carpet maintenance and repairs. Now that we've found Cal, we would not utilize anyone else's services. He recently cleaned and stretched carpets at our rental home, and they look brand new. One of the rooms had a 3' fold in the wall to wall carpet that had been in since the day it was put in. At the time I was told it would 'smooth out over time'. It did not. Now two years later, Cal was able to get that out! We also had him do some upholstery cleaning on a microfiber couch that had never been cleaned in 20 years, again with the result being it looks like new - unbelievable!! "We chose Cal and Integrity Cleanning based on all the positive reviews. We have no doubt that the job he does and the results he achieves are stellor but we can see that his one man show has its drawbacks. We had a different experience from those reviews who called out his promptness and courtesy. In fairness, Cal did call us a week prior to the service date to confirm. We think this is a necessity because the number of weeks in advance he required to provide us service was quite excessive. But because of his good reviews we agreed. He gave us a 1 hour window so we expected that given the amount of lead time he needed to service us, he would have accurately computed his service window. When the window was passed and we hadn't heard anything we decided to get started on our afternoon errnands. We found later he had texted us to let us know he was running late, however it was on a phone I had told him we didn't use. We contacted him to let him know we wouldn't be home so he could avoid making a wasted trip. His subsequent responses to us were not as courteous and professional as we would have expected. Rather than just apologize and move one, he felt it necessary to push fault on us. Once he did that we chose to just call it quits and move on to another cleaning company. I'm sure our experience is a "one-off" and that others will continue to have a great experience with him. read more

We have hired Cal to clean our carpets in the past and he didn't disappoint this time either. He is the best--may be a bit higher in cost but so well worth it. A true professional, he let's you know he's on his way; he surveys the rooms you want cleaned when he arrives and carefully pulls in his equipment. Then the hard work--he really does make everything perfect and our two rooms (master bedroom and the office) always look like new even though in the office the carpet is 21 years old! His instructions for what to do after the cleaning are very specific about waiting 24 hours to put furniture back and 48 if you have, as we do, orientals or rugs to put over the carpet.
