They are always happy when we pick them up, and when we drop them off, they are excited to see the other kids. Having someone take care of your children can feel scary, but Ms. Yolanda is so kind, patient, and shows a deep love for kids. She made our transition into sending them to daycare very easy. We also appreciate the fact that unlike a lot of centers, the pricing is reasonable and flexible to meet your family's needs. If you go part time, you pay for part time prices. We highly recommend this lovely, caring center. And we are so grateful to have found it for our boys!

Lindsey, the director, is simply amazing and hires only the best. The turn over for lead teachers is almost non-existent (at least while we were there.) They are kind and knowledgeable. The food they serve is great and they always have more than enough for seconds. They are always engaging kids in fun learning activities. We miss them greatly and would recommend them to all our friends. Don't let their lower cost fool you, this school is on par with schools like Primrose and Goddard.

It was my first time putting my son in daycare and I was very nervous but the director, Lindsey did an amazing job at walking us through the process and making us feel reassured. My son started in the 1-2 year old classroom and Becca and Katie were very nurturing and loving and it was relieving to see other people treat my son the way I would treat him. The organization has great curriculum and everyday my son would come home and would show me the sign language he learned or different colors. It is nice being able to see the process in your child and I owe a lot of his intelligence to Kindercare. Once my son moved up to the toddlers room, I was so impressed how they had structure and the room was ran similar to a little preschool. They also assessed my son personally and when they thought he was ready, they recommended to start potty training. It was so helpful to have his daycare and his home routine to be the same and it has greatly helped him with the potty training process. I am just so happy with the organization, the activities they do with the children, and the support they have with the parents. I cannot speak highly enough for the faculty and the care they provide to the children as well as the parents.

Then suddenly the day of the tour, literally an hour before they called and canceled. They informed me that the director would call me later to reschedule. It never happened. I called daily for a week to try to get sometime scheduled. They never called or emailed me back. When I finally got through almost a month later, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, and suddenly they were full and the wait list was over a year long. Maybe they are great once you get in, but trying to even get through has been a giant hassle.

The staff truly cares about the whole family. I was job hunting in January and they always checked in with me to see how we were doing as a family. My son was sad when he found out he wouldn't be going back, due to me changing jobs. I was in the military, so my first two children moved daycares several times. A to Z is one of the best that I have used. I love the staff very much and they have a great outdoor play area. My son truly enjoyed being there and still isn't too happy that he is a car rider now.

He rode the bus from Kosair Brownsboro to Camp Hi Ho and back. He had a complete blast. He talked about archery, horseback riding, and fishing--and that's just what I can remember. The topper for me was that before camp ended, my phone buzzed and it was a photo from Camp Hi Ho of my son. That was a first class touch. I'm trying to attach the photo.
