They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service.

He said it would be ready by tomorrow morning...come to tomorrow morning, boyfriend picked up the lab coat and the stain was still there! He apologize and said he'll do it for free next time. We are not ever coming back here. I don't mind someone telling me they can't take it off that's fine, but to tell me you can do something and you're not able to do it twice...that's something I do not like and respect. I tried A-1 with a comforter and they were so much more professional and friendly. Charli (front desk person) is amazing and great with customers. I ended up taking all of my laundry and dry cleaning to A-1 and now won't go anywhere else. Not the least expensive but worth it to not have my clothes ruined. They do everything on site so nothing gets sent out and lost. I'm retired now so I don't need to go as often but this will be my cleaners from now on. Also nice touch -- they text when your order is ready. Too many times, my previous cleaners would say "ready x, y, or z" and then say - "not back yet, come back tomorrow." Never again.

I went in March to have my one shouldered dress altered. It was too gappy in the chest area. I assumed it would just need a dart or two. He said he would take in the strap on the one shoulder and pinched it up to show me. That took care of the gaping in the chest, so I said okay. When I went to pick it up 5 days later, they seemed shocked I wanted to try it on first. It was so painful and tight only wearing it in the store for a few minutes, it left red indentions on my neck for hours. The waistline was now skewed because they changed the strap so much. Kent wasn't there then. The lady said the extra was tucked inside the part of the strap where they took it in and could let it out. Leaving it there meant I missed out on taking this dress on the trip I was getting it altered for. When I went back to pick it up after that trip, Kent was there. At first they couldn't find the dress and tried to give me someone else's dress. I then tried on my dress. I don't know what they did, but now the arm hole was too small and I couldn't even raise my arm up. I told him I couldn't even wear the dress. He scolded me in front of other customers and said it was because my chest was too big (obviously it's not since that was the area I originally needed to have taken in). He just wanted me to pay the $30 and leave. I refused to pay since the dress was unwearable. He finally said he could cut the armhole bigger but that wasn't what the original quote was for. The armhole was never an issue before he hacked my dress up. When I went the 3rd time to pick it up, it still didn't fit right but it was better that his previous 2 attempts. So I paid the $30, took the dress, and never wanted to see him again. It would have been better had I just continued using saftey pins in the chest area instead of taking it to him.

I thought this was kind of expensive for the material (which felt cheap) but again, I came here for convenience since I did not want to drive far so I was fine with it. Make sure you pay cash or you'll get seriously upcharged. My total was $50 and when I tried to pay with credit card he charged me $59.50. Thank goodness my mom and I looked through our wallets and pulled out whatever cash we had and paid the 50.
