Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. All the food was labeled so our guests could choose foods that were best for their food sensitivities. At the end of the party they gathered everything up, helped set aside uneaten food for later consumption and left with very little for us to other than sweep the floor and fall into bed after a very fun and satisfying gathering of friends. I met with Aaren about a year before my wedding date and during our first meeting I really think we hit it off just right. I felt like I was talking to someone who truly "got me". I think Aaren knew that I was a Type-A (OCD) bride and she was able to calm my nerves. During our meeting she explained to me the different packages they offered. I knew I wanted a day before/day of person, but I also liked the idea of having someone help out during the month off for all of the other things. I wanted to do all the planning, but I needed someone to do the implementation. It was a done deal. I left that meeting and I knew I needed Aaren in my life! Soon after our first meeting I called her to confirm and sign a contract! It was a huge relief for me to know that I had Aaren. She made me feel at ease. Throughout the process I e-mailed her questions about etiquette and I kept her up-to-date with other vendors. I knew she was keeping a folder so whenever I had an update I would send it her way. I would like to think I wasn't a needy bride, but I know there were times when I started panicking for no reason. Aaren always calmed me down. By the week of my wedding I had a ton of items and decorations to drop off with her. I met her in her office and talked through my "vision" and provided her all the items she needed. She also had all my other vendor information and told me she would be in contact with them for the timeline of the event. I did not need to worry about anything! Honestly, it felt great to not have to worry about anything. I think I did a good job of just letting things go. Aaren and 2 assistants arrived for the rehearsal and had all the details confirmed for the next day. By the day of the wedding I was actually very "chill" since I knew Aaren and her team would make sure the ceremony and reception were set up correctly. She was my point person for the day and did an awesome job at handling all the day of things. By the time I made it to my reception the everything was set up just as I had hoped. Aaren really did listen to me and she made sure everything was just right. I knew I could trust her to get things done right. Again, as a type-A person it was hard to let go, but Aaren was the best person for me to trust. I didn't even worry about anything. There were a few minor issues that came up throughout the day, but with her help no one knew anything! It was flawless and my wedding was everything I had ever imagined it would be. Thanks to Aaren and her team for all of their help and assistance to help make my wedding day magical.

And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down. Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real. Some of my guest left and went and picked up a burger because they were still hungry. There were several guest that did not make the event which means there was more than enough for some folks to get seconds. I'm not sure what happened to the food that was left over but it was a significant amount. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to talk with right off the bat, and I knew we would be in great hands. She is so understanding of what it's like to plan a wedding--the stress and the excitement--and was dedicated to doing everything she could to make sure our event was exactly what we dreamed it would be. I was so touched by the level of care and service she and her husband provided to us. Truly exceptional! The bar itself was adorable and a perfect fit for our venue and theme. Rob was our bartender and he was so fun and friendly. And the drinks? DELICIOUS!!! They make all their own simple syrups and WOW!
