The cover is not as large as we could have used, we did cut down on size because of the cost. The quality of the product is excellent, and the fact that we were able to have the product manufactured locally is also a big selling point. Our family believes in "shopping local". We started the process late summer '24, and from the beginning we told the salesman we wanted to secure the "referral bonus" that was advertised. Just as a "heads up" some may feel skeptical with the sales part - as you do get discounts if you pay up front. I was not anticipating to write a large check the day the guy first came out here, but it was clearly to our benefit to do so. We had researched the company, the product, and had a referral from a trusted friend, so we moved forward from Day 1. This is a bit unnerving to me when discussing thousands of dollars. I was sure to mention multiple times in conversations from the very beginning in the ordering process, to installation, to follow-up, that we were referred by this friend of ours. She had really gone out of her way to invite us over to take a look, answered questions, and gave us a good "run down" - I feel like she earned the money! The company clearly advertises $175.00 referral bonus. During our dealings with Bright Covers, I made multiple calls because it became embarrassing to me that every time I saw my friend I would ask her if she got the referral fee and it had still not come. Now that it is March, and this all started last summer, I got very firm in a phone call about this referral money. I really hate having to do this because you know the person on the other end of the phone is bearing the brunt of something they probably knew nothing about. Our friend did get the check this week. The representative I spoke to was discussing how they are currently working to fix the process regarding referrals. She was excellent in helping me resolve the issue. It's early in the game to discuss durability of this cover/ We had a pretty lousy winter here, the weight of the snow was a non-issue. I have to say so far it has been money well spent - it is beautiful, the quality seems to be amazing, and we are hoping for many years of enjoying our time out on the patio!

And once that phase was over, Krystal stayed in constant contact with me until the job was completed. The installers were completely awesome and I absolutely love it. Wish I could give the whole company a raise. My friends are in awe with my enclosure. They changed my appointment date because I was adamant about having it done by July 4th so they set my appointment for June 29th and moved it up to June 18th to make sure it was done. He replace the one in the sliding door. 6 months later the 2nd one cracked. Patio Enclosures refused to replace it under warranty and without even visiting to look at it, quoted 1600 dollars to replace it. Did I mention we paid 26000 for this room? They wouldn't even call me to discuss. So I hired C &E glass to replace it for 600.00. so not only were they not replacing under warranty, they were trying to make 1,300 on the deal as the glass is only worth 300. So their warranty is worthless and after the sale they just don't care. I recommend you find another supplier if you are installing or replacing a sunroom unless you enjoy arguing. Also they do business as Stanek Windows in the Cleveland area so watch out for that.

We were repeatedly told "you're next" and "within weeks," but dates slipped with no firm schedule. In June 2025--nearly a year after paying--they were still saying we were "next." Key facts: - Deposit (July 2024): Months of "paperwork is submitted" messages, yet we never received a permit number or proof of submittal/approval. In Jan 2025 we were told paperwork had been submitted "yesterday," contradicting prior assurances. - Permitting (Winter-Spring 2025): The City issued adjudication orders and the permit was not approved until May 2025--~10 months after signing. (We can provide documentation if needed.) - No on-site work (through July 2025): Despite promises of a March start, there was still no crew on site and no schedule we could rely on. - Shell left exposed: The fiberglass shell sat outside uncovered for months with no start date in sight. We ultimately had them drop the shell at our property while we hired another installer to complete the project. Bottom line: After 13 months, aside from dropping the shell at our home, no installation work was performed. Communication was pleasant at times, but pleasant texts don't build pools. We would not hire again and do not recommend.
