We made an appointment with them to come and give us an estimate for the job. Mario showed up on time and ready to evaluate and quote the job. He walked the perimeter of the yard as we discussed options and gathered my feedback to ensure there was clear communication of what I wanted. He took the time to answer any questions we had. After he reviewed the scope of the job, discussed materials and machinery needed to complete the job he stated he would contact me shortly with an estimate. To our surprise we received a call within 24 hours with the estimate. After reviewing the estimate we felt he quoted us a fair price. We accepted the estimate and took it to the next step of getting the job on his calendar. He was able to fit us in at a time and date that fit us both. I was amazed that he showed up as agreed and started the job right away. The job took about two days to complete. It was great to watch the entire process as time allowed. I felt comfortable with him doing the work. So respectful and such a hard worker. It's been a few weeks and I wanted to wait before I posted a review. We had two days of rain and it worked!! Concrete company determined inferior concrete but would not pay. Loyal Construction said not paying for fix. Tyler offered to correct the patio and driveway for $20,000. I do real estate full-time and I first used them to assess the sewer lines in an apartment building my brother and I were personally in the process of buying and he found a sink hole underneath due to the corroded sewer lines (saving us thousands of dollars.) Ever since I have recommended them to all my buyer and seller clients in need of a plumbing inspection, repair or scope! Which is honestly saying a lot, because after 11 years in real estate, I have very very few contractors I recommend. Because a lot are unreliable, but NOT them! They respond quickly, they show up, they are available in emergencies, they do great work, they are super knowledgeable, they are honest and they NEVER pressure my clients into repairs they don't need. Joe Miceli and his team did a fantastic job at our home, where they replaced our cracked and…read moreheaving driveway, sunken front walk, and patio. We are now the envy of our neighbors, many of whom have gone out of their way to tell us how nice the driveway and walk now look. Joe was great about assessing what had happened to our concrete and came up with a solid plan for remediation and improvement. One of the issues we had was a poorly cut curb when the city put in the curbs years ago--it never aligned well with our apron, creating an awkward and bumpy approach into our driveway. Joe knew just what to do, fixing it so we now could enter the driveway smoothly. Our new front walk no longer is a hazard and Joe put a graceful, gradual rise from the drive to the front door that eliminated the need for a step. The patio is no longer sunken and is now where it should be in height from the back door. I couldn't say enough about the work and integrity of Joe Miceli. He stuck to the contract and did some beautiful work at what we feel was an incredibly fair price.
