    I am very pleased with my new porch roof! Having the transulcent roof was the major selling point for me since I don't get a huge amount of natural light in my backyard. This lets more light into my rooms adjacent to the porch. I felt the cost was in line with a conventional roof. The materials and installation are great. The office team and the installers were professional and easy to work with. The lines are clean and light, but the materials are high quality and look good. This is a great product provided by a good company, and there is nothing like it on the market!

    I had a Brightcovers roof installed on the rooftop deck of my townhouse 2 years ago and absolutely love it. I couldn't install a traditional awning because the deck is 40' off the ground and it's incredibly windy up there. Brightcovers was just the solution to my problem. It's sturdy, beautiful and has a great guarantee. Not only did I buy one but 3 of my townhouse neighbors also did too. We couldn't be more pleased. The only downside of the entire process, which the company handled very professionally, was the time it took to obtain the permits for instillation from the City of Pittsburgh. (May- Sept)

    We were intrigued by Bright Covers after seeing a commercial during a Cincinnati Reds game. When we decided to cover our patio, we got estimates and information from several different companies. None had a product that even came close to Bright Covers. Our great patio has now become unbelievable! We love the light that filters through and love that the heat doesn't come through! Our installers were professional, polite and skilled. We would recommend Bright Covers to anyone considering a patio cover.

    I LOVE my Bright Cover's roof! From start to finish, the salesman, 3 installers and customer service treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, listening to my needs and adjusting accordingly. The 3 installers were extremely knowledgeable, worked well together, and completed the job quickly! The roof matches beautifully with my home's decor,,, not to mention it withstood one of my home's biggest problems. My home is situated in an area where, for whatever reason, it gets hit constantly with torrential winds. This roof not only looks good and is a quality product, but it also withstood several 65 mph wind storms without budging (like the 5 others it replaced). Those were my true test! I LOVE IT and consider this one of the best investments I've ever made for my home (not to mention it increased the value of my home)! I highly recommend this roof to anyone looking for a QUALITY product that will enhance the appearance of their home while increasing their outdoor enjoyment for many years to come!

    The installation date was 30 days past promised but I guess there is a back up with supply these days. We love how it looks.

    Update: A 3rd party…read morecontractor arrived at our home on Sunday, November 2nd. As suspected, the remote was not retaining memory, which was preventing the awning from closing and opening properly. The contractor reset the remote again (4th visit), so the awning would finally close. He also helped me wrap up the awning in the cover and secure it for winter at no additional charge. I hope he is paid for his travel and time. My concern: In the spring, when we uncover the awning, will the remote and awning motor retain memory, or will we have the problem again? This has occurred multiple times. Final thoughts, it would be wise for the retailer to contact "Somfy", the company that makes the remote, to diagnose the issue before selling more Oasis free-standing awnings. After reading multiple reviews, I am positive that this is not an isolated problem. Thank you, MooreShade4Less, for helping to solve the current issue. I hope we can enjoy our awning in the spring and next summer, and not have to deal with another remote/motor memory problem. Earlier review- DO NOT PURCHASE A SUNSETTER OASIS FREE STANDING AWNING! GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT A CONSTANT HEADACHE! (I did not approve of one star, but had to choose one star to post) We purchased this product from MoreShade4Less on June 20, 2024, and we had issues with the awning, THE FIRST WEEK IT WAS DELIVERED! The installer arrived at our home the second time within a week to replace the remote control. This was a NEW AWNING! The awning was used during the three summer months and then wrapped in a newly purchased cover and stored for winter until June 2025. In June of 2025, the awning was just one year old when we had issues again! We paid $4,272 for this mess! MoreShade4Less was contacted via phone. We left a VM. There was no response. Many weeks later, we received a call from the installer. He came to work on our awning out of the goodness of his heart. He was not paid by the company. After a couple of hours, he was finally able to close the awning, and within 24 hours, we had the same issue. The awning would NOT CLOSE!!! I wish I could post the images here!!! It's now late October, and the expensive winter wrap we purchased will not fit over the malfunctioning awning as it did last year. The wind is blowing off the tarps we have tried to secure over this mess! Note: SunSetter will send you a new motor once you spend hours on the phone explaining the problem to someone who doesn't speak English, but it will be up to YOU TO REPLACE THE MOTOR!!! We are seniors, and my husband is a heart patient. If you can't replace the motor, you have to pay the company to do it, even though the motor is under warranty!!! STEER CLEAR, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK! FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, & FEELING RIPPED OFF!More

    Michael and team came out to do maintenance on my Sunsetter 10ft motorized awning. His team removed…read morethe cloth awning and washed both side of fabric. He oiled the motor and cleaned the wall mounted brackets and arms. He removed some leftover electrical wires that were no longer functioning. I was satisfied with the work and appreciated the owners customer service when I reached out to them for my questions
