I can get a brand new one from NordstromRack for $75, or the Kate Spade outlet for $99. Why would I pay $50 for something that's missing half its leather?! When I was there looking for picture frames, there was also only one cashier but she was over at the service desk so it made the checkout process very confusing for a lot of people. And they also don't provide bags anymore. Thankfully I had reusable ones out in my car for the two books and one picture frame I got, but imagine going in planning to refresh your wardrobe and then having to schlepp it out to your car in just a pile/heap instead of bags. How bizarre. Goodwill is officially off my thrifting list.
