Yes these labels were so that the 3 bags of rose petals I purchased at full retail price (no price discount or even free shipping for a $400 order) were left with truly disgusting labels still on. I opened a box with beads completely covered in white and yellow plastic shreds of old labels!! Who sells and sends to a customer labels that disintegrates even without being touched? I mean while you were packing it must have dawned on you that these bead labels looked bad (like really really bad - yellowing and peeling). So no I don't recommend this small bead shop - I have purchased from hundreds of Etsy Shops and bead shops across the US. And never ever have I encountered such a complete disregard for selling an item(s) that were covered in crap. It is old disgusting labels remove them for goodness sake's before you send to the customer who paid top dollar. No excuses! For full price beads go somewhere else. Lanabeads2, JasmineTeaDesigns and Ancient Moon on Etsy are so much better!

We were lookingn at some pieces in the glass and the prices were a bit pricey considering I have purchased a lot of the same crystals for half of the price. Some of the beads were pretty fair price if you are coming in for beads. I was just a little dissapointed with the price of the crystals. I have a pretty large collection of crystals so I am familiar with the pricing. However, I do realize that everything in the shops nearby can be a little pricey too especially because it is a very high tourist spot. I am assuming the rent for the shop is high so the prices reflect that. Overall, it is a nice store to look around and we were greated when we walked in.

The store is definitely cute and well laid out, and most of the items are very cute, if a bit high priced for their quality/uniqueness.. They do have a very nice assortment of Pandora jewels, so that's quite nice if Pandora is your thing.. I liked some of the clothing but they didn't have a lot of smaller sizes available, so that's a bit of a bummer. They do tend to tour their 'designer' handbag line but I find it very underwhelming.. I think you're better off picking up a serious designer bag finding a lower priced nice bag at Coach, Kate Spade or Michael Kors on sale the outlets in Birch Run.. sorry, those bags at White House do not impress me one bit.. As far as customer service goes, it's hit or miss..we were greeted this time when we walked in browsing, but the employee didn't even look up.. no one else was helpful and the lady behind the Pandora seemed pretty distracted.. we left without picking up anything this time.. My husband and I had two other rings resized here and both were routine - however, the more intricate and pricey repairs to my other rings did not go smoothly.. and i definitely say it was over priced.. However, the sales people are very nice and they have beautiful jewelry- they even have a good array of Pandora. They've since then done a few appraisals for me on other pieces and those experiences were okay. Overall, a nice store with lovely staff but I should've taken the larger repair elsewhere.. as it was, I had to get the rings resized at a separate jeweler..

They actually had a very large selection of the bracelets and charms, running mostly between $28-$50, including an interesting array of Valentine's Day theme charms. The customer service was excellent, they even offered gift wrap. Other than Alex and Ani, they also had a huge line of Pandora (which my wife loves), including some "last chance clearance" items, plus a nice array of Tacori. I usually use Kay Jewelers for most jewelry purchases, but this Medawar impressed me. They also do on site jewelry and watch repair. I might bring my vintage Longines watch here for repairs. I would like to get that watch repaired locally, as opposed to taking it to a store that I don't shop in regularly. I'm glad to see Medawar can do it here.
