They offer classes from infants to kindergarten. Children learn academics, language, science, dramatic play, art, and much more. The food is carefully selected and healthy. The staff has given me updates on how my daughter is adjusting daily. You can tell a good place when all the children are happy and shining. She has been with a Primrose school for over a year now and has really opened up academically and socially too. We are very discerning parents when it comes to my daughter. Rather than meeting children where they are developmentally, there seemed to be an expectation that every child should immediately conform to the classroom routine, including group activities like circle time. I did not observe the child-centered, flexible, and individualized approach that is often associated with authentic Montessori education. I also found the communication about my child's experience to be discouraging. Instead of highlighting strengths, curiosity, or opportunities for growth, the feedback felt largely focused on what my child was not doing. Families of children who may need additional support, whether with communication, development, or transitions, should know that this did not feel like an inclusive environment equipped to help children succeed in different ways. If your school advertises individualized education and a Montessori philosophy, families should expect to see those values reflected in practice. Based on my experience, I felt the marketing was misleading and did not accurately represent the classroom environment we observed. Every school faces challenges, but what matters is finding solutions and communicating effectively--two things this school fails to do. I advise any parent considering enrolling their children here to be cautious. You'll encounter excuses and empty promises, as the owners seem to care only about money. Ask yourself, "Why are google reviews disabled?" My daughter attended this school for three years, but last year was the most disappointing. This is not a genuine Montessori environment. The owners appear to prioritize profit over providing quality instruction, valuable extracurricular activities, and clear, organized communication. In our experience, they often say one thing and do another, so it's crucial to hold them accountable for their promises. At the start of last year, they hired a new teacher without informing us. This teacher failed to properly notify me when my daughter was sick during class, claiming a birthday party in the classroom was the reason. I ended up moving her to a different class, but near the end of the year, the main teacher in that class was let go, and an assistant either left for vacation or quit entirely. For a full day, a classroom of 23 kids was left under the supervision of just one assistant, and communication about this situation was delayed. Based on our experience, I do not recommend enrolling children in this school for grades 1-3.

We had repeated concerns involving communication, professionalism, cleanliness, supervision, confidentiality, curriculum transparency, cultural awareness, and leadership. When we raised concerns, we were often met with dismissiveness, disrespect, defensiveness, and a lack of accountability. Owner Marcelo asked me, "What kind of mother are you?" because I had not brought a towel for my son. I found that cruel and inappropriate, especially while I was trying to understand why my child had been placed in another child's underwear. That was alarming, unsanitary, and deeply upsetting. Instead of receiving an immediate apology and explanation, I felt blamed. Marcelo also told me he was in Las Vegas and would address the matter when he returned. A serious concern involving a child's hygiene and care should not be delayed because an owner is traveling. In my experience, he appeared more concerned about me leaving a negative review than correcting what had happened. Kelsey promised to follow up with me regarding an important concern and never did. Her failure to respond made me feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously. Based on my experience, she showed the same lack of accountability I experienced from Marcelo. The current director, Aya, Mary, and regional director Mio were also extremely disappointing. In my opinion, all three need serious additional training in childcare administration, communication, professionalism, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and accountability. During one call, Mary told me she would hang up while my child was still physically inside the school. I did not yell, curse, insult anyone, or behave rudely. I was calmly asking questions about my son. Threatening to hang up on a calm parent while that parent's child is inside the facility is a serious problem. Parents should also not be denied information about the school's curriculum. Families have every right to know what their children are being taught and how the program is structured. Refusing to provide that information raises concerns about transparency. I was also disturbed by what appeared to be gossip involving parents and private family matters. Information allegedly shared about families made its way back to several mothers. Parents should be able to raise concerns without fearing that their private business will be discussed with others. My son was sent to school clean, neatly groomed, with freshly braided hair, clean clothing, and quality shoes. We spend hundreds of dollars each month making sure he has everything he needs. Yet I repeatedly picked him up extremely dirty, with food or other substances around his mouth and on his clothing. I understand children get messy, but there is a difference between normal play and failing to provide basic care after meals and activities. The cameras were unreliable, the playground lacked adequate equipment for an extended period, and I did not feel Black history or Black culture was meaningfully represented. After repeated disrespect, broken promises, poor communication, hygiene concerns, unreliable cameras, gossip, lack of curriculum transparency, and a complete loss of trust, my husband and I removed our son because the school was no longer a good fit for our family. The school may deny or dispute this review, but I would never invent something this serious. This is what my family experienced, and I have retained documentation relating to my concerns. Based solely on our personal experience, I do not recommend this place. Parents deserve honesty, professionalism, transparency, accountability, properly trained staff, and respectful communication. Around May, they sent an email saying that if I wanted to register him for VPK, I needed to fill out a form indicating "yes" and pay $100 to save his spot. They took my $100. My son was taken out for summer break to spend time with family, and he was supposed to return last Tuesday. Last Friday, I decided to stop by to make sure everything was good for his return on Tuesday. The lady at the front desk told me that he would not be in the VPK program because they had not received the form I filled out, and they had given his spot to someone else. I explained that no one had called me, left me a message, or tried to reach me. I also asked what the point of paying $100 was if they were not going to save his spot. They told me he could stay in the 3-4-year-old class. I have emailed them, but no one has responded to me. Basically, I feel like they took my money without providing what I paid for. Luckily, I found a better school for my son, and he is so much happier there. The staff is also wonderful.

The building was brand new when we started and they have done a great job at maintaining it. The teacher did fluctuate a lot at first, but I think that was mainly growing pains as they opened and adjusted. My son's teachers have been amazing, namely Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Dominique and Ms. Kaitlin. They love my kid, know how to discipline and redirect bad behavior, they provide a positive and optimistic environment and they are genuinely good people. I also think the school Director, Stacey is great! She is on top of it and I respect her for that! I am impressed with the new safety parameters that they are putting in place and am sure other parents will appreciate this too. Our kids can never be too safe. The only negative thing I can say about CA is that they follow the public school calendar for closure and that's a bit inconvenient when you are paying the same thing each month, but March, November and December they are closed for an entire month each week. They do have camp on some of those days, but that's an additional expense.

One of many prime examples could consist of: talking negatively about families behind their backs, or with other employees. The management team was also biased towards workers and students. You clearly could see favoritisms, and strong dislikes. One employee may get in trouble for being on their phone, while others get away with it day in and day out. One child may be targeted for a possible delay in development, while other children with severe behavioral troubles are overlooked, not given guidance to get the right help. Frustrations amongst the management team were often taken out on the employees which hindered their abilities to give the children the quality care they deserve. Creative world Avalon park is all about money. They enroll too many children at times, so they don't have to turn somebody away and lose out. Therefore that would lead to full rooms and sometimes being too short staffed, often resulting in the children having to be shuffled to a different room, leaving the kids with no stability. You may drop off in one room but that doesn't mean that's where a child stays all day. There was a child, way to young for a classroom, still on bottles, who had to sit at the table to have the bottle instead of being held, and having that one on one social interaction. This was all due to being over full in the proper room this child belonged in, and being shuffled to a higher aged room. Furthermore, what the parents ask or want is mostly a no go. Parents don't have a say if their child is on a bottle come a certain room, if their child still uses a pacifier or lovey, that all stops in certain rooms regardless of the parents want, or what comforts the child. Management was also lazy at times, not giving their full effort towards the daycares proper functioning. Examples could include: times passing by in the main lobby, where management was either on their phone, or sitting making beaded bracelets. Another example, even on extra short staffed days, it was far and few in between you'd pass by a classroom and see management step up and into a classroom to help it run a bit more smoothly. This daycare holds no value. The employees deserve a non toxic, supportive, stable environment and creative world Avalon park does not offer that. Children also deserve these same things and then some, in order to have the quality care they deserve, which is often hard to be fulfilled due to the treatment and emotions caused by management. The number of people that left creative world, or un-enrolled their children, is plentiful, and that is only the tip of the iceberg. I highly recommend looking further than the friendly smiles that greet you at the door when you walk into creative world Avalon park. There's better out there.

I've tried others like ladybird and Goddard, and they were ok. But nothing topped the Amazing atmosphere and environment that CWS offered. From being greeted each day with smiles from the front office, to the teachers (we love Ms Eva!), my son was excited to go to school to share the day with them. He did so many things like dissected an octopus, had a flashlight space day, and presented a project he made to other parents! They combined learning with fun and I couldn't be more thrilled! So glad they were doing hands on learning! (and not just drawing on coloring papers quietly at a table). This was hands on engaged learning in a safe environment and I wish my other kids had gone to this school too! It's typical daycare pricing and right on par with all of the other daycares too (think it was actually a little cheaper than Goddard). And they provided lunch and snacks. The communication and extra event nights were awesome too! They send reminders and let you know what's going on and I really appreciate all of the staff and caring given to my son. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're considering a daycare in Avalon!
