You won't just find a school here - you'll find a cohesive community of teachers, students, and parents that truly partner together to provide a nurturing yet rigorous educational experience. The low student to teacher ratio allows teachers to truly get to know each student and their individual strengths and needs so they can best support them where they're at. They don't only focus on teaching students academics but also support growth in necessary life skills such as time management, prioritization, social emotional skills, responsibility, and flexibility. They also have a wide array of classes outside of standard academics such as ballroom dancing, drama, Spanish, PE, and art so students have a well rounded experience. I couldn't be happier to have my daughter at MSEO and can't recommend this school enough!

From our initial tour, I instantly felt that this school had the environment we were looking for. The welcoming teachers and staff with the ideal balance of play, exploration and learning, MSEO truly feels like an extension of our home. It's important to our family that our kids have a well rounded experience at school and we love that MSEO provides extended learning and play time outdoors, Spanish classes throughout the week as well as PE, physical fitness, art and dance. We have watched our kids walk into school with smiles from day one and we are so thankful to all the teachers and staff at MSEO who work hard to ensure our kids are well cared for, encouraged, and excelling as they grow.

The staff is friendly and the kids enjoy the facility. Classrooms are spacious, teachers are engaged and there's a good balance of work and play. There's also a play village with an enclosed climbing structure, a climbing wall, a dance zone, make believe area and more! And the outside area is a large, secure play space that the kids just love. Special should out to VPK teachers Ms. Shiela and Ms. Dora for being amazing with the kids and supporting their growth and development while keeping things fun! Also, shout out to Latoria at the front desk!

Ms. Hunsha has introduced so many cultures and ways of the world to every single student, which will surely benefit them as they continue their development. She is helping to cultivate acceptance, inclusion and positivity amongst the entire class. My husband and I also love the way that she nurtures each child and meets them where they are individually. Our soon to be 5 year old loves science and quite often gets to engage in fun and educational science experiments, tapping into an area of learning girls can sometimes be excluded from. Our daughter was already reading when she started VPK but, together, with Ms Hunsha we have see her reading level increase to that of a second grader. And to further reinforce what she is learning, Ms. Hunsha has her read to her classmates. That action alone is building confidence, how to present in front of others and a host of other important and necessary skills for a well rounded child and adult. Ms Hunsha creates an environment that is welcoming, enjoyable, curious and safe for students. She commands respect with a loving hand and they all absolutely adore her. I could go on and on about how wonderful we think she is and how much of a blessing she has been. Thank you Ms. Hunsha! Our family will forever be grateful to you and for the exciting world of learning that you have opened up for our baby!

The curriculum is top notch. The teachers, owners and staff are incredible. Both my children loved going to Monarch and were very well cared for. They loved all the teachers, many of whom have been there for the entire time we have been. That alone says a lot about the business. The owners are present every day and very involved. It truly has a family feel. My kids were both MORE than ready for Kindergarten and my daughters teacher even commented to me, that all the kids she has ever had from Monarch are more than prepared. Without hesitation I recommend Monarch Children's Academy.

She did the application online and they called her back for an interview. She went to the interview, and encountered Rosa Diaz, who worked at the front desk. When Rosa asked her what she was there for, my niece stated she had an interview. Rosa then asked if she had filled out a paper application, and my niece stated she had done the application online. Rosa told her she needed to fill out a paper application too, which my niece was happy to do. Rosa asked her if she had a pen, and my niece said she didn't. She was not prepared to fill out a paper application as she had already filled out one online and had an interview. Then Rosa places on the desk and says "TYPICAL GEN-Z." Rosa didn't pass her the pen, but rudely placed it just on the desk with her nasty comment, and then she turned to another employee, started speaking Spanish, clearly talking about my niece and laughing. My niece did the interview; however, she didn't even get a warm welcome when she arrived for her interview and she decided that she would not want to work in a place like this. I would recommend the owner or office manager speak with their employees on how to respect people, whether they are interviewing or work there, are parents, or whatever the case may be. There was zero professionalism from these adult women toward a younger person (Gen-Z'er). I would suggest Rosa Diaz and her laughing partner who felt it was okay to belittle a potential employee take some professional training on how to address people coming into their workplace to interview for jobs and how to treat people, in general, with more class and professionalism.
