This is so similar to all the Foot Massage places in Chinatown in NYC. So it checked all my boxes. The massage area is a large quiet room with I'm guessing at least ten tables. This room is dimly lit and quiet. All phones must be turned off. Each table has a curtain that can be drawn around it. The staff was not using the curtains when we were there. My friend and I were here on the weekend before Christmas. We called ahead and were able to get an appointment together in 10 minutes. I had a 60 min foot massage and she had a 60-minute combo body/foot. I like very firm pressure and the man assigned to me was pretty good. I'd give him 5 stars on the pressure and 3 on his knowledgeability of reflexology points. The combo massage was a great massage. It was done clothes on. I'm not sure if they do one clothes off. Had an amazing massage that consisted of the first part acupressure, then deep tissue with oil. It was a young man by the name of Jimmy. He was so talented! This was a great experience for me and my wife. We both went in not knowing what to expect, and we came out feeling like we were walking on clouds. It was the best foot massage either one of us had ever received. The massage therapists were very professional and worked hard to give us a great experience. While I have been to this location more than once, and I've actually booked for others as a gift, I was upset with my last experience and vowed never to go again/recommend to others. I went to book an appointment as a gift for a friend. A short older woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She told me I had to tip in advance. I explained to her that I have booked for others in the past and they pay their tip when they leave, she created a fuss! As we were discussing it another couple came out of the back room, tipped and left. The lady at the desk had the audacity to say, "see that couple got a massage and tipped $20 you need to do at least the same." I found this to be rude, how dare you tell me how much I should tip and the person who is receiving the massage may not even like the service. I informed here there is no sign that says its mandatory or needs to be a set amount. She then proceeded to tell me if I didn't like the service I can go elsewhere. Well guess what, I never went back, and this happened last year. Reading the reviews from others this seems to be a common issue. Overall, your staff needs to work on how they talk to people. If you want customers to tip there should be a sign on the door where it says its mandatory. etc Do not go here!!! Came in here due to Groupon having a deal. Note that Amazing feet does have some good prices all by themselves. So if you're looking to save via Groupon or LivingSocial, you'll only save a couple bucks compared to their actual prices. So don't forget to tip on the FULL amount IF you end up going that discount route. So about the place. When you arrive there's a large waiting room. They do take appointments, but like most places, walk-ins are welcome. Once it's your turn you're brought into a dark room where there are about 8 low table beds within close proximity to one another. You're provided a basket to place your belongings. If you're bashful or in need of your own room for the massage this is not the setting for you. When you're getting your back massaged, you will be laying on your stomach. For this you may choose to remove your top. If you're not comfortable doing so I recommend wearing loose clothing so that they can massage the skin. A massage just isn't as good thru clothing. The massage was spot on. I've had plenty of massages in my life and these guys are good. They help stretch you out in various points of the massage. Like any massage parlor, you can request to have more work done on certain areas over others, increase/decrease pressure. read more

A terrific place! I had the combination foot and back 90-minute massage with Amy and she was very attentive, strong but lightened up when I needed her to on my lower back. It's a new business and they really seem to know what they're doing - it's organized, has great service, friendly people working there, is well appointed and smells nice. Also, the posted price of my 90-minute massage was $89 which is what I expected to pay, however when I went to pay they said the price was only $75 because they realized their prices were a little high. They easily could have charged me the $89 I was expecting to pay, instead they suggested and gave me the better rate of $75 - I really appreciate their service and honesty. I am happy that they were able to squeeze me in one evening, and oh my goodness, it was one of the best foot and deep tissue massage I've had. Also, the price is reasonable for a 90-minute session. Wow, that's all I can say about this spot. We were walking down the street from dinner and saw this spot and popped in to see what an hour foot rub would be. We were very pleasantly surprised by the $35.00 / 60 min or $55.00 / 90 min price so we said "yeah sign us up"! Well unfortunately they didn't have any availability left that eve, but we went ahead and booked for the next day. It was such a peaceful, relaxing environment - like no other foot rub spot I have been to before. It's done while laying down on a super comfy bed deal and they have peaceful music playing and cover your eyes so you can do nothing but relax And RELAX we did! They were simply masters of their craft!!! We loved it so much we booked again for tomorrow!!! My experience from start to finish was absolutely horrible. There is no parking, so you have a choice of a lot that is a block away for $35 or a garage across the way. I walked in and was immediately shushed by the lady working the front desk because I was saying thank you to someone on the sidewalk for answering a question about the area I had. I felt an immediate coldness from her, but I checked in and told her my name; she told me to wait and sit on the couch. A tall, athletic looking man came out of his massage and she was so blissful and joyful towards him, pretty opposite of how she was toward me. When he left she then said 'let's go, come on, girl, it's time for your massage' and waved me in; there are no private rooms- all the beds are lined within 3 feet of eachother with strangers on them and a little curtain in between for 'privacy'. I was a bit uncomfortable and shocked by this, but my upper back was killing me and I needed a massage. She then gave me a little bedsheet and told me to go to the bathroom, strip down and come back with the sheet wrapped around me... I walked down the hall where everyone is just laying getting their massages, unclothed, and walked back (so awkward). I then had to figure out how to get onto the table while the sheet was wrapped around me without exposing myself. Now to the dreaded massage... horrible. I booked 90 mins and within 3 mins I was in wincing pain, I was trying to tell her to please go softer, be more gentle- nothing was acknowledged. I was little bouncing off the table trying to physically show her that when you jab your nails and elbows into my back rib cage... it HURTS. Still proceeded to do it. For literally 90 minutes my entire body felt worse then when I originally walked in. I felt so nauseous. When it was over she literally just stopped, said done and walked away. I had no clue where my shoes, clothes, etc. were, then I saw she had moved them to the opposite side of the room- didn't bring them back over. I was trying to get up in the bedsheet to get my stuff and go to the bathroom to change; honestly was SO uncomfortable. The lady who massaged me was nowhere to be found until I was walking down the hallway to exit where she followed me out and just stood there looking at me while I paid. Now comes the part that really took me back. I did feel bad for the lady because maybe the front desk lady didn't tell her I wanted SOFT; the massage was $95, if you pay via credit card they add a 'fee' of $2 so $97 in total. I told her to add a $15 tip (even though it was horrible) and the lady at the front desk said, 'no I think you should do $18 because that's 20%'... I was actually astonished. I didn't know what to even say because the amount of discomfort was through the roof at this point. I told her fine, paid, and left. Go elsewhere, this place is uncomfortable and the service is atrocious. I'm shocked they have 4 stars as that is what lured me in, but all of the negative reviews are identical to mine so I figured I would share what really happens here. read more

One very important thing the owner and staff must understand.... you cannot touch any part of the clients body with your pelvis. This has happened to myself and two of my family members more than once. My daughter thought it was a one time thing and made the mistake of making us all appointments here. Not comfortable to have a gentleman press his pelvis on you.... NO! Not ok! Also the service they offer is odd....they apply pressure ... ONLY. So you get pushed into the bed with uncomfortable pressure.... no isolation of muscle groups, no use of fingers for kneading out the knots.... just a forearm pushing on you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !! Booked my bf for a massage for his birthday. Even myself who didn't get a massage, had a horrible experience from the moment I walked. They are super strict about wearing a mask and they demand you wear it the entire time whether you get a massage or wait in the guest area. The moment my bf gotten out the massage I could tell by the looked on his face he was not happy. When she told me my total she asked me if I wanted to add a tip I said no. She immediately gave me a look and asked me If I'm not going to leave a tip n I said yes but not on my card she was waiting for me to give her the tip first before she could processed my payment. She asked me again how am I going to pay the tip I said cash. After she processed my payment I handed her a $5 tip for a $50 massage that my bf didn't even enjoy. She snapped at me at this point and demanded that I leave a %20 tip, that $5 is "nothing". Told her Ill just take my money back then she persisted on telling me that I leave at least a %20 tip. Mind you I paid $20 for parking because there's is no parking nearby and the service was terrible. Do not go here!!! My friend and I were looking to get a massage, back in November. This was one of the few places with day-of availability. They had me (a woman) take off my clothes for the massage, but had my friend (a man) stay fully clothed! They beat us up!! We tried to tell them that it was hurting, but they don't speak English. It was a horrifying experience and we definitely will not go back. We were sore for an entire week afterwards. We thought for sure we had bruises on our backs, but it was all internal. Went here based off yelp reviews and was not disappointed! You walk in through a door off the lobby and there is a dim lit room with gentle music playing and 6 or so massage beds. Then a second room after that with more beds. I went with my husband and we each did a 60 minute combo massage. Amazing massages. First they soak your feet in a warm bath and then they start the massage. I also love that they use kiss my face lotion which is totally natural and not stinky.
