I just happened to be around there and hubby and I figured we stop in and check it out. We did not have to make an appointment and they attended us in like 10 minutes. We were able to sit next to each other and get the foot massage first on these very comfortable lounge couch seats they washed our feet first and then did the massage it was really nice. Then after the foot massage we were moved over to sit next to each other on the massage chairs that you sit on and we did the back massage and head and neck massage. YES YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT! while I was on the table, the therapist suggested I get completely undressed so that he could massages my lower back and glutes. I needed to kill some time and I found myself at the Mall in Wellington. I turned a corner and found Body & Sole- not soul. I looked at the prices- an hour for $65. Ok I thought, can't be that bad, right? First and foremost, I have never had a massage inside of a mall so I had no clue what I was in for. The studio, or store since it's in a mall is well put together; a few smaller chairs for quick massages and a few rooms for table massages. I entered the room and it looked like any other massage room I've ever been in- phew. The table barely fit me but I'm 6'6' so I fault no one for that. I de-robed and got on the table. The massage was great. At first it was just ok honestly and I just wasn't used to the technique he used. The therapist used his thumb a lot which hit pressure points that caused more pain than anything. After awhile I got used to it and I felt the kinks being worked out. The time flew by. The therapist spent the majority of his time on my back. I didn't mind it but it would have been nice to have other areas of concentration. That being said I felt like a walking zombie when I left there. So relaxed. Felt like melted butter. I liked the locations. The space was clean. The rooms have no doors, only curtains so it can get noisy. There is no music playing. And they use paper towel on the head rest which always sticks to your face. Body and Sole is a walk-in massage spot located on the second floor of the Wellington Green Mall. They have several massage options available including a foot massage, quick chair massage or a full body table massage. You also can choose the length of your visit ranging from just a quick 10 minutes to a full 60 minutes. I've stoped by on 3 occasions now and can tell you this, all the therapists are very strong and great at working out kinks with a deep tissue massage. Both the male and female therapist are equally as strong so it doesn't really matter who you get. My only issue with the place is that massages are given with your clothes on and in a room with a lot of outside noises as a distraction. At the price they charge of $65 for a 1 hour massage you can go to a spa and be in a more relaxed setting with the choice to disrobe, which I perfer. I suggest just stopping in for a quick 20-30 minute session because of this. Either way I can definitely recommend Body and Sole to work out some kinks or as a way of relaxing after a day of shopping. read more

I made an appt for my husband for today at 11am with a female. I also took a screenshot of a current special being advertised on their website. When my husband arrived, the man at the front desk hardly spoke or understood English and when my husband showed him the coupon, (it even has Body and Sole and the phone number on it), the man told my husband that the coupon was not for them but for a different place. He sent my husband away to find another massage salon in the mall that didn't exist. My husband came back frustrated and the man at the desk charged him full price ($15 more than the special)AND tried to put him with a male masseuse. When I found out what happened I called. I asked for the manager and the man who answered told me he was the manager. He did not understand anything I was saying and he hung up on me. I called back and he said to give him 10 minutes and he will call me back. He never did. I'm done with this. read more

Unfortunately I haven't even been here yet for a massage and experienced them first hand on two separate occasions. I purchased a groupon for Body & Sole Massage last week. Once I purchased, made an apt... arrived at the parlor same day and it was one person working. That person was answering the phones, giving a massage and doing everything else under the sun. 15 minutes passed after my scheduled appointment and no one asked me if I needed help, wanted to reschedule or anything. Mind you, it was only one person there the entire time. Not given the option if I'd like a female or male person providing the massage when I made the appointment, but to now get there, horrible service and treated pretty poorly because I purchased my service via Groupon. Now today, I call to make an appointment & a gentleman answers the phone. I proceed to say that I wanted to make an appointment, he asks for how long, I say 90 minutes. So as I mention I have a groupon, he then proceeds to tell me that I can't get service unless it's on a mon, tues, wed or Thursday. He rushes me off the phone because he says he's the only one working. Mind you, he was just telling me I could come in and now all of sudden changes because I have a Groupon. It's very unfortunate that us as customers see a great deal at a clean establishment and great reviews, make a purchase, pay in full then get this type of treatment. It's very unprofessional, I wish I could get my money back! Very upset I wasted my time and money on this place. Hope the manager reaches out, until then I do not plan on vouching and or supporting this establishment until I'm treated fairly with respect and like any other paying customer. First, let me explain the only massage I've ever had prior to this was a Massage Envy type setting. This is very different. Clothes on, open room, right next to a stranger. They don't waste time asking for your medical history or what hurts. They just dive in. I asked for a 30+30 for $80 dollars, which is 30min body and 30min feet. She took 1 trip around my body and found my jacked up shoulder and decided I needed more time. She told me "full body and feet $130" in very broken English. I understood "flower party and feet $130", but I got the message that the price was going up. I agreed, as I really needed it. Buckle up, butter cup...she was brutal. But if you like deep tissue and know you need the work, it's excellent. Another person worked my feet while she dug into my soul through my shoulders. She got to my neck and tried to upcharge me $15 more, but I didn't understand what I was agreeing to and was short on time, so I said no. The only thing I would say negative is that the communication is difficult, so if you're not looking for anything deep, say it up front. She also dove into some chiropractic work which I think is outside of the scope of massage - she cracked my thoracic spine and my cervical spine - and that scares me if it's done wrong. As a massage therapist myself, I have to say this was one of my least favorite massages. I'm 9 months pregnant so I came in for the 30 min foot massage, which first off was less than 30 min. The therapist seemed incredibly uninterested and massaged my legs and the top of my feet more than she touched the bottom of my feet. Most people come for a foot massage for pain on the BOTTOM of their feet. During the massage the employees carried on conversations amongst themselves and towards the end of my massage my therapist even answered a personal phone call and chatted away. Also, they do not clean or sterilize their hot stones in between customers, they just put them back into the hot towel warmer! I know it's a casual place in the mall, but that doesn't mean the service has to be as bad as it was. I'm very disappointed. read more

I made an appointment for a couples massage, when we got there I was showed to a small room with curtains as a door and told to take off my clothes and lay down and that my husband will come later! What? Yes, the couples massage was going to be done separately. No one speaks adequate English and the place looks very shady and not sanitary. I left and got a refund from Groupon. read more

Absolutely the very worst customer treatment ever. My husband and I each paid for a 20 minute table massage. As soon as we laid down and the massage began, we were pressured to get an hour massage. We said no and were then pressured to get a 30 minite massage. We said no, but the pressure campaign continued WHILE WE WERE GETTING MASSAGED. My husband and I both said no, and then his masseuse left the room to massage another customer who just walked in-- another masseuse took over, but how distracting & rude.
