I had some questions, bobbling with my phone trying to look things up when I heard a voice from the register that turned out to be "Faye." Within 10-seconds I was in a totally normal conversation talking to Faye about things I wouldn't normally be talking to most of the ppl I know well in my life. Lol. But that's what better than good customer service produces, special customer service! Incredibly helpful with exactly what I was looking for and even came up with an idea that would make what I was planning on buying even better! Their idea went perfectly with it and worked out great! I felt like I could've asked Faye anything and they would've known exactly where to find it, everything about it, and even had some friendly suggestions that actually made sense. This is seriously how every store I shop in should provide service to their customers. Not over-bearing but making sure you're aware that they're there and happy to help if you have any questions. Person supposed to take care of my appt continued to other dressing room to 2nd customer while I as trying one on. Think because I showed up in jeans and tee, not dressed up, she didn't realize was about to drop cashola to get right products. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras.
