And, I…read morehad no idea that I'd be supported by a very thoughtful, kind, and patient person no other than Taty! At the start of the appointment, five of the dresses I wished to try on were pulled and placed into my fitting room. From there, Taty was able to make informed decisions to pull more dresses that catered to my vision. She helped me into the dress, clipped to my body, and even held my train and walked me to the podium. I also appreciated her expertise to help add a belt embellishment or veil to tie the dress together. Each dress was better than the next!! Not only were the dresses beautiful with a wide variety of options and variances, but they were so affordable! Everything shown was in my price range and I was even happily surprised that some dresses I tried on were On Sale. Angela's Bridal has great selection and value, with the added bonus of Off the Rack options! I give it a 10/10 for dress selection in the store! I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and experience. The shop also offers Quinceanera dresses, mother of the bride dresses, and bridesmaid dresses. There is also a lot with plenty of parking too.

My best friend is getting married so we trekked to David's Bridal in Dedham last weekend to begin…read morewedding/bridesmaid dress shopping. She had made an appointment at a January bridal expo for March (how did 2 months go by so fast?!). We arrived at 11:30AM on a Sunday and were turned away at the door because they open at 12. Behind the glass was a group of about 10 frenzied looking employees. I took that as a sign of things to come. We went down the road to Dunkies and returned at 12. The place was a ZOO. Parking spots were gone and there was a huge line at the door. "Ooof, thank god we have an appointment" I said. Which was good because the line of girls registering and making same-day appointments was out the door. Acccckkk. We were teamed up with Henrietta who got to work immediately on the bride. The dresses/racks are organized by size and she started with 3 for my friend and got us set up in the main dressing room. I hunkered down with my camera and stuff and waited for the runway show. My friend tried on the first three: loved 1, hated the others. I gave critical advice much to the horror of everyone in the room, I'm sure (hey, that's what the maid of honor is for, right?!) My friend decided to try on a few more, nothing clicked, so she ended up buying the one dress she loved. To the tune of $350, wicked cheap I say. Next up: moi. I tried on a bunch of dresses, sizes here are messed up I've decided but Henrietta really helped us out with them. I loved only one of the five I tried on. So much we decided on those for all the bridesmaids as well. Long story short - this is not the place I would ever shop for my wedding dress (my style is more upscale, designer, boutique type dress) but I was happy to go and support my best friend. The place is nuts but prices are right. Oh, and make sure you have an appointment before you go!

And amusing... Her advice: "You'll know when you find the dress for you... when I found MY dress I got sick to my stomach, like i felt like I was gonna trhow up everywhere!"

Everything is overpriced. One DVD is $2 and the next is $4?!…read moreNo. Plus their knickknacks are constantly broken. Employees are incredibly rude. Clothes are are on their last leg... Few washes and their worn thin to the point of holes. Greedy. The whole franchise is super greedy. Pricing goods they get for free for more than their worth. I've seen things that were still on sale in Dollar Tree next door for a dollar one for three dollars here. Whoever is in charge of their pricing is a garbage human. I'd give a lower score if I could.

Restrooms leave something to be desired haha but they do have them available, no TP or soap so had to just make do with a #1 and get back to thrifting! :) Now they definitely have more cool brands for the female section usually at most thrift places i feel. The lady found 7-10 patagonias, some Oner, some cool vintage stuff we don't know where from. You donate something and they give you 20% off to spend in store. You can also sign up for their membership and get coupon QR codes to use on checkout. The men's section has a lot of jeans, dress shirts, active wear and light jackets etc. most items in the 10-20 dollar range with like Northface items being 20-30$ I saw a lot of Nike, addidas, Charles River, hill fiber, RL, etc. never know what you can find. Nothing for me in this trip but the space has ample room, employee that helped us was nice figuring out the promo's on checkout!
