The tech scheduled me for 6/23/25 between the hours of 3pm and 5pm. A few days earlier, I received a text from Angel, the guy doing the termite inspection. He asked if he could come a week earlier, June 16th between 3pm to 5p. I told him that would be fine, and he confirmed the date change and time. I left work earlier on the June 16th and the tech never showed up or texted me advising he was no longer coming. A few days later. I received another text saying they scheduled the termite inspection on June 23rd. I acknowledged the text and confirmed the new date and time. Again no one showed up and I had to leave work early. On Monday June 23rd I contacted the local branch (West Berlin) to speak with a manager. The lady I spoke with said Richard Leatherman the branch manager will respond within 48 hours. Of course no one called back. I called again on June 25th and they advised Richard was notified via email but still no call back. I was very pleased with my service until now. I had to leave work early both days to accommodate the inspection and no one showed up on both days. Not to mention I am still waiting from Richard Leatherman the branch manager to call me back. Looking at other comments I see a trend that they don't show up on the date they say. I am very dissatisfied with Terminix.
