My lashes look like I didn't even get them filled, they look thin and whispey. It looks like I didn't even get them filled. So now I have to make another appointment somewhere else to actually get them done right. I asked for an eyebrow and lip wax. She waxed half of the underside of my eyebrow and the top....so I got to go home and wax the center and the rest of the under eye myself. She said she didn't want to irritate my skin by waxing my lip (I get it waxed to have all the blonde hairs removed so makeup sits better) so instead she waxed my CHIN!!!! I can't even get over it. Why in the hell would it be appropriate to wax my CHIN?! If she wasn't comfortable doing my lip she should have stopped there not proceed to do whatever the hell she felt like doing. So I got the pleasure of going home and waxing my lip myself as well. Thrilled to have paid $136 for lashes that have to ACTUALLY get done still and to do all my own waxing...minus my chin, that thing is as smooth as a baby's bottom now. read more

This place is amazing if you haven't been there you have to go. From the beginning until the end it was the best service I've had ever! Dae did my lashes and I picked the sexy ones the glue didn't burn like all the other places where it gets into your eyes. Cassandra showed me how to clean my eyelashes I got all the products they're all wonderful. you must buy the brush with the foaming cleanser that is amazing you can wash your lashes after 48 hours. I wish I could give this place a better review - but I was very disappointed! I came here based off a referral who attends both this location and the Brandon location. I steady had lashes on from the current person I see. Unfortunately our schedules were not adding up and I had to go somewhere to get them done before Mother's Day weekend! While the tech was very nice and polite and offered me a blanket and pillow while I was there - the lashes started falling out the next day ! With my current person I go to I can go 3 weeks before even needing a fill. I got these done on Thursday, May 6th and by Saturday, May 8th - more than half had fallen out. Since I have previous experience with lashes and get them done frequently, I know it wasn't me or how I was caring for them. I am very disappointed! On top of the lashes falling out - the price was very high! My current person charges $45 for a fill and they last 3 weeks. I paid $79 here and they fell out working 3 days. If 0 was a rating that is what Amazing Lash Bloomingdale would get. I had a membership, so this post will be a bit lengthy. First visit went great my lashes lasted a little over a week. I wasn't a regular lash wearer, so I didn't know they should last longer. Since I had a membership, I decided to go back. Second visit (new tech, the lovely Lyric) explained that my lashes should last about two weeks and she explained how to maintain them. Lashes were beautiful and they lasted a little over two weeks. Went back a couple months later, no Lyric. This is when things went down hill. Nov appt- my lashes gave me a very bad eye infection to the point it was causeing a migraine. The next morning, I called the studio to inform them of my issue. I was told to come in later that day and the issue would be taken care of. Upon my arrival, I noticed there was another young lady there with the same issue as mine. I then was informed that the studio had a bad batch of glue and didn't which customers it affected so they were just waiting to see who came back. WOW. Then I was told the only tech available was a master tech and there would be an upcharge. Wait, this is to correct your error and I have to pay for it? This is when I decided to cancel my membership, I was given a qr code, that didn't work. And I figured, I would cancel at a later time. Two months later and over $200 for my membership, I book another appointment. I arrive 10 minutes early only to be told I wasn't on the schedule. I then show the receptionist my appointment confirmation text. She goes on to inform me that she was the person that booked the appointment and doesn't know what happened, but I could come back in 4 hours. WOW again, luckily, I have time, I'll come back to Amazing Lash Studio Bloomingdale in 4 hours despite having other business to attend. 4 hours and 3 minutes later, I receive a call, "will you be coming to your appointment?" Yes, even though my appointment was 4 hours ago I am walking in the door for my rescheduled appointment. Finally, I get to see the technician. We go on to talk about my last appointment and the "bad glue". The technician informs me that they have "sensitive glue" and suggest that I use this instead of the standard. Wait, there is sensitive glue and no one thought to mention it? Okay, sensitive glue it is. The lashes look great. I love them. Three days later, all my lash extensions have fallen off. Next visit I arrive 8 minutes late to my appointment. The tech I see is the same tech that installed the lashes that lasted for 3 days. I inform her that I my previous set of lashes only lasted 3 days. She goes on to explain that the lashes don't last as long when you use the sensitive glue. So, she suggest that we try a sensitivity test if I could come back later. I informed her that I had to see if I could move some things around on my schedule first. The 3 day tech goes ahead and starts the installation for the sensitivity test. While she is installing, I inform her that we can't come back later and we could have to go on with the install. She then says, " you will have to reschedule because I don't have enough time since you were 8 minutes late (despite there being a 10-minute grace period). By this time, I'm livid. I demand to cancel my account and I am told, I can provide my email address and the manager would email me the cancellation form. NO, you will not get another $129 out of me (that's the monthly membership fee). I ask to see the manager and I am told she is in a meeting. I ask is she in the building and the little girl/ receptionist responds, "idk". I then state, if you know the manager is in a meeting how do you not know if she is in the building, the girl responds "idk". My response, I'll wait. While I'm waiting, the little girl brings me a form to complete to cancel my membership. Hmm interesting. I cash out my account (totaling $519). I get in my car and call Amazing Lash Studio Brandon Crossing. Amazing Lash Studio Brandon Crossing was able to get me in in two hours, Diana the tech was amazing and two weeks later I still have enough lashes that I don't look like a bald eyed baby doll. This has been my second visit with Kim and she's been perfect from the get go. She takes care of my eyes perfectly and is gentle with my sensitive eyelids. This is the MOST amazing lash studio ever. Everyone was so kind to me when I arrived. Cassandra did a great job of making sure that I was ready for my appt. First of all, i would just like to say the stylist i was with was as sweet as can be! This is not directed towards her at all! I went in for a full set on Friday, Today is now Thursday and a good portion of the lashes have fallen out. Which would be fine had the service had not been a bit pricey, they upcharge for just about any set that isn't basic extensions. (Which i did not mind at all, had they had held up as they were supposed to) I have had extensions placed before, and i had them for upwards of 3 weeks before i started to notice any sort of gapping in the lashes. It has only been 5 days and all of the lashes on the inner corner and outer corner of my eyes are completely gone. I was well versed on the after care, they even provide you with a card for instructions, and gave recommendations for cleansers to use. So im not sure where this went wrong, although everyone in the studio was very sweet, i am overall disappointed in the way things turned out. read more
