I'm not writing this to bash this company, just to maybe help someone not have the experience that I had today. I am (well was before today) a member with this company. I had three or four sets of lashes with them and then froze my account because i wasn't really in love with the lashes and it was expensive especially my last set which fell out pretty quickly. When my 3 month freeze was up I got charged my monthly charge and I made an appointment online for a member full set. I was emailed to pick a time. I picked 9 am this morning. I drove a hour to get my lashes on. Was pretty excited to have them done for a trip I'm going on for my birthday. I got there. Washed my lashes. The tech came out and asked if I had been with her before and said "oh yeah you're the one with two kids and hate your in laws you use to have blonde hair". I just turned 22 this week idk how I have two kids lol ok not that big of an insult. Then she said hmm so I have you down for a refill but you don't have any lashes on. I said nope I'm here for a members full set I made the appointment online and emailed for my spot today. She went and talked to the front desk and came back and said that they had incorrectly booked me for a fill and she could put a few lashes on me now and I could come back at 1 or 4. Obviously I can't do that I live a hour away and don't just have an entire day to drive here and back here and back. I'm a student and have classes today. I cleared my morning to come in and get these lashes on. I went and talked to the receptionists about it. No one else was available to service me. I asked if the South Park location had any openings and they called but their phone went to voicemail. They did apologize a lot and did admit it was a error on their part. I work as a receptionist in a similar industry and make appointments and i understand it was probably not the girl who made my appointment that i was speaking with so i tried to stay calm i was just really disappointed. These things seem to to always happen to me. I went ahead and had my account cancelled. They did say that they would take care of the different next time I come in for a full set and then I'm going to be charged November 8 for another months worth of lash refills and I'll come in for a fill to use that money too. But I think it's just not for me. The location is too far for this kind of thing to happen to me again. Just going to do strip lashes after this I think. :/ would suggest calling to confirm the time and type of appointment that you have. read more

This place is ridiculous! I left out of the country and had to get my debit cards switched. I forgot to call them and swap the card number out. My fault. Life got busy and I never received any type of communication from them up until about a month ago stating they were going to cancel my membership. I was fine with that as I made sure that I still had access to my 4 refills that were on my account. I have a text from them even saying yes, you still have 4 refills to use. Then I received another text a day later, which honestly is SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL stating because I had swapped my debit card and they couldn't process my membership, I would forfeit the 4 refills I had already been charged for. So this left $239.96 in their pocket of my money that I no longer have access to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I do not indicate the studio! I did it for the first time two weeks ago, I had to redo it the other day because everything practically fell. a week later I had practically nothing more, I scheduled a schedule with the hope of removing what remained and doing a lifting lash to not be without anything, but I was poorly attended at the reception and could not do lash lifting for saying that it would take a long time and There would be no time for me. summing up I paid 89 for the extension, 20 for the foaming I used very little, the other week I paid 35 dollars for the removal. I felt cheated because in less than a week I suffered a loss of 135 dollars and a lot of headache. read more

I will never be back. The cancellation policy is too strict. I understand more than most how cancellations impact your business. I'm a hairstylist and a salon owner so I completely understand it. However, I also understand when my guests are sick or something unforeseen happens and they need to cancel at the last minute. I never miss appointments or cancel. This was the first time. I am always on time. I was going every other week and I upgraded to the volume lashes. Between the lashes and the tip I was spending around $200 a month there. I think that they could have let it slide. Well they will get 50% of my service but I will be canceling my membership and will no longer be a customer there. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my lashes. I don't think I could live without them. I've seen Rebekah and Lyndsey S. The service was quick and easy. The studio is beautiful and always clean. I've never had an issue making an appointment either. I like how they're open everyday! I used to go to one girl who rented a spot but she got to busy to take me whenever I needed a refill really bad. The prices were super expensive and just not worth my time. Amazing lash has her beat 100%. Thank you thank you thank you for being so great each and every time!!! read more

Last Tuesday 6/9/20, I called this location to make an appointment for the 10th at 5:30. I have never been to any of their locations before this WOULD HAVE been a first for me. To give some background I live an hour away from where I work, this location is 30 minutes away from where I work, I get off work at 3:30. I consciously made the decision to wait for my appointment after I got off of work because I thought it would be worth it. Mind you I drive 30 minutes and wait another hour beyond my drive time. At 4:50 I go inside (they told me to come early for paperwork.) I sit down And they take my name and then proceed to tell me they don't have an appointment for me. I speak with the lady at the front desk and all she is saying is sorry we don't have an appointment here for you and we can't get you in tonight, I tell her my struggles with how I've waited 2 hours and I live an hour away and I will be going out of town the next four days. does absolutely nothing for me tells me the girl I spoke with scheduled my appointment for the 9th not the 10th and there is nothing she can do and I was a no show to my 9th appointment. NOT my problem... they messed up and scheduled the wrong date but proceeded to make it my problem. I walk outside to make a few phone calls and come back in and the lady has left to go to the back, there was another young lady at the front desk on the phone with a client telling them they had an appointment available on the 11th for 2 o clock the lady on the phone seemed to not want the appointment bc she couldn't get in with the technician she wanted. At this point the technician on the phone puts her on hold to grab the first woman I was speaking with. I proceed to say "I heard you had an appointment available for 2 tomorrow I'd like to have that if I can" the lady on the phone rolls her eyes and says "that's the appointment I'm trying to give to this lady." The original woman next to her replies "I'm not sure what she's Talking about that's a lash refill appointment and besides a member would get that appointment before you would" annoyed and needing my lashes done I scheduled my new appointment for the following Monday and leave. On the way home my debit card was charged $900 thankfully fraud caught it before it went through. Then I get home an hour later and realize I don't have my purse I left it in the seat I originally sat down in. I call the salon and told them I didn't have it and they said they didn't have it. I told them that I've left it there and my cards are being charged they proceed to tell me "we would've noticed if a purse was left behind I think you just dropped your card" I proceed to tell them my card was in my wallet that was in my purse and every single one of my cards has been charged not one. They tell me there is nothing they can do for me and the manager is out and they can't check the cameras. And they take my name and phone number. Needless to say I have filed a police report, but still never heard from a manager or owner of the salon. And I of course cancelled my following appointment. Never in my life have I left a salon feeling more stressed out and disrespected, and never in my life would I have thought that they would be so uncooperative, with a lack of care for the fact that my property was stolen from their location. The most unprofessional service I've ever received and will never be going back. I'm hoping they will be more cooperative with the police. If you don't get anything else from this review just know if they ever mess up on their end and inconvenience you they will blame you for it and treat you like shit. Oh and if your property gets stolen they'll treat you like you're stupid and then never contact you!!! Thanks soo much to amazing lash studio for the beyond awful service I received. read more

I just cancelled my membership after one month. To be honest, my lashes were never really completely done. And they never really looked that good for the price I had to pay in dollars and time. I only had two visits and the first time the lash specialist told me that the one hour I had just paid $79.99 for would not be long enough for her to make my lashes full. My next appointment was 2 weeks later and I barely had any lashes left. The lash specialist again told me after a $59.99 hour (I had become a member) that I would need to make a refill appt. for $39.99 in a few days because she would not be able to complete my lashes during my appointment. She sold me on $80 dollars worth of products saying that the reason my eyelashes were falling out is b/c I didn't have these products. The final straw was when I was going in for my third appointment for a refill and was running 15 minutes late. I called to let them know and was told to come on in. When I was parking my car to go in I got a call saying that the lash specialist was going home for the day and could I come back in an hour and a half. I had driven 30 minutes to get there and didn't want to have to go home and return in rush hour traffic. Don't they have a 24 hour cancellation policy or you get charged for the appointment anyway? I also, didn't understand why there were two lash specialist at the front desk with no one besides me in the lobby but neither of them could do my lashes. The overall experience was disappointing, time consuming and expensive. I would not recommend this location to get your lashes done. read more
