Sure enough, she ended up chopping off way too much length and leaving it completely uneven on one side. To make matters worse, when I complained, her solution was to tell me she "didn't know what they could possibly do"if I did not want to make it shorter and even it out. Maybe actually take care when you're trimming somebody's hair instead of having multiple conversation conversations while doing this? On top of it and the stylist have an attitude. They told me I should've said something before I left the salon. I literally got pushed out saying it's really pretty now you can leave and look good. Now they don't even make sure that the customer gets what they want and is happy! They absolutely refused to fix to correct my nails when they had just done them a few minutes ago! I told them my nails was going to be in pictures and that I needed them to look perfect. They overcharged me $33 above what they said and then refuse to correct them when I was not happy with what they had done. You would think if you spent over $130 that they would at least make sure that you were happy with the result! Customer is not always right here!
