My first time here and worst eyebrow tinting I have ever had. The after photo is AFTER I asked her to use her "tint removal " and this is the best she could do. Very sloppy and messy job. I will not name the women who gave me this "service" but she didn't even wax my eyebrows before she started the color?? It was not worth a single penny but yet I still had to pay for her TRYING to removing the awful dye. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I had my lashes done by Marcela back in January. I have had the classic done by Marcela in the past and love love loved them. I decided to try the volume set this time . Wowee wow wow WOW! AMAZING! I didn't recognize the woman looking back at me from the mirror. I normally have no lashes at all and was just thrilled to see the result. Marcela takes her time and it is a long time to get them applied, but it is a creation of art and I much prefer the time, care and attention is taken. I loved my visit from the moment I walked in. Such a cute waiting area with the little eye pillows, the decore is so tasteful and classy. The music is very appropriate and relaxing and the beds are quite comfortable. Definitely will return. What's also great is her flexibility and customer service to always move my appointments for me at the with late notice since my work hours change so often. I have been going to Mingi since she first opened her first Wink store in South Park. Subsequent to this store, she opened another location in the Arboretum area. She now has opened a location in Ballantyne. I can't say enough great things about Mingi. She is a wonderful business owner that does an awesome job on lashes! Just had my lashes refilled by Marcella at Wink today. This was the first time that I had worked with Marcella as my lash tech and she was wonderful. I arrived several minutes early and she was nice enough to take me earlier then I was scheduled for. I explained what I would like a little different result from my previous lash extension appointment by another tech three weeks prior. I was very happy with the first tech as well but I thought I'd like to go just a touch heavier on the volume with this refill appointment. Marcella suggested what she thought would work and I agreed to proceed with her suggestion. During the procedure she was very thoughtful and explained what she was doing and took my concerns about not going too heavy with them. When finished, they looked perfect!! I got my lashes done here on Saturday and by Thursday had to get them removed somewhere else. Did a REALLY sloppy job and the lashes were painful after a day. Not to mention some of them started falling out 2 hours later just from blinking. Lash technician did not take their time, and really didn't discuss with me what I wanted. I went to fill my lashes here and got a pretty bad service. None of the extensions were correctly placed on my lash and caused me so much pain. The tech must've been brand new I won't be coming here again. I gave it 2 stars because everyone had great attitudes, just the service sucked. read more

I am a firm supporter of small businesses, and I am a stickler for awesome Customer Service. What I am not an advocate for is when a business is not straight forward and chooses to block a person from scheduling without providing a reason. My appointment with Sydney was canceled at the 11th hour (I understood, life happens), you advised you had another time available with Marcela. I advised I was able to accept because I was scheduled for international travel and really need my lashes done. Marcela did an amazing job on my lashes, however after leaving my appointment I did have a small area of concern that I wanted addressed before I traveled. Marcela was willing to address my area of concern, however, I was unable to make it at the time originally agreed upon due to traffic coming from a nearby city. Marcela was also headed out of town for the duration of the weekend, so the owner of this establishment, Mingi W. advised she could meet me on Sunday, and I was appreciative and thankful and advised her of such. The owner, Mingi W. made the comment, "Marcela did a great job, she gave you a beautiful set." I agreed with the owner Mingi W., and advised that I never stated Marcela did not apply a great set of lashes. I simply needed the left inner area of visible glue removed and there seemed to be inner lashes missing from the left inner eye, versus the right inner eye being fuller. Now this is probably something the owner Mingi W. could have cared less about, however because I knew that I would be traveling, and immediately headed back to work out of town after my travels, I wanted to make certain I had lashes to my standards that would last until I could schedule for a fill. Well, unbeknownst to me I've attempted to schedule a fill appointment with Marcela (who I never had an issue with), but for some reason I have been blocked from scheduling appointments with this business. This is fine, as I am now spending more time in Atlanta, Georgia again and can simply have my lashes done there. However, as an adult and a professional I find it absolutely petty that the owner Mingi W. has for some reason decided to block me from being able to schedule. Obviously as the owner it's your prerogative, but it's clear that you did not agree with coming in on Sunday to address my concerns and you actually volunteered and didn't have to. I am a 50 year old women and I must say I have never in all of my years experienced anything this classless from a small business. read more

well.. i heard good reviews from this place so i decided to give it a try. let me just say, terrible customer service. it all started with me getting there for an appointment i had for a lash lift & tint at 12:30, they sat me in the waiting area, & i continued to wait there while client after client went back with a technician. finally after 15 minutes i decided to check, a lady in the back said my technician would be right with me, but this was far from the truth. i sat there for 15 more minutes until some lady took me to a chair, she told me the lady i had an appointment with was running late & would be there in 5 minutes. i laid down & waited 15 MORE minutes until i finally said "i have places to be, is she close" the lady replied, "she said she is pulling in". finally after about 10 more minutes she got there. she explained she was at a funeral out of town & her flight got delayed so i let it pass in the moment. keep in mind this was my first time ever getting this done, so i did not know what to expect, my technician laid me down & got straight to work without speaking a word to me, it was very unprofessional in my opinion. finally i got done, 45 minutes late for my next appointment there for a brow tint & lamination.. the technician was super nice, but the brows were absolutely awful. she tinted them way to dark, my hair is blonde, my brows were a dark dark brown for days. until i finally faded the color a little bit. now, i have had laminated brows before & i know they last for weeks but it's been a week & 3 days & it's already gone. aweful. i paid way to much money for this to be the result. i will definitely not be returning. i deserve to be refunded, but i know this will not be the case. so im warning future customers now. read more
