JULIA is the best , she is a perfectionist and aims to make sure you leave there nothing but pleased and in love with your lashes ! The only reason I am not giving this studio 5 stars is because the music is terrible, that is the only thing that needs improvement, the music is not all all fitting of the atmosphere and vibe . SCAM. I cancelled my subscription here when Leslie left in March. I emailed them back the signed cancellation request at that time - they "suspended" my account instead of cancelling it first without telling me. I finally after much hassle got the subscription cancelled (or so I thought). I just found out they charged my card in September AND October for over $200 out of the blue. The owner Cheryl is impossible to contact and I have no explanation why they suddenly and unauthorized charged my card for twice when my membership has cancelled for months. read more

Approaching the front desk I was told I was removed from my appt spot, because I didn't give them my card on file, which I was never asked for. When i asked why no one called me to get that information before removing me, I was told that "I don't know". Manager with a horrible attitude basically told me that I should come back next time, but with this kind of disregard to people's time, I am sure I will not be coming back. I came in to get a lash removal and left with a few concerns and some discomfort. Although the girl doing my removal was nice, her room did not seem very sanitary and she wasn't very neat with the service. She gave me a blanket that seemed dirty when I went to lay down, which I understand most lash techs do have a blanket for their clients. The table to lay on also did not have any protective paper on it or anything so I hoped it was cleaned before I laid on it. As she was cleaning my lashes after the removal she had gotten the soap too far down my face and I had water dripping into my ear and down my face as well. She gave me a napkin to wipe my face down, and when I opened my eyes I felt this burning sensation that was very uncomfortable. Also as I left the room to pay for my service, a lash cleaning tool/brush fell out of my hair and onto the floor. For me I'm all about cleanliness and good service when I am paying for it. Like I said the girl was nice, I just wish she had taken more time to be more careful with the service. read more

Update: Julie "rescheduled" me for the next day. I come in for my appt and they tell me it was for a different time. Apparently, they don't know what she told me but I will have to talk to her. They can't help me. It's 6 pm, I spent 20 minutes trying to call Julie and no answer. They refused me again because of THEIR mistake. AND when Julie called to reschedule me, it was for the wrong service. She thought it was for brown lamination. She had the audacity to ask me to remove my review when she didn't even read it. It clearly states what service was missed because of THEIR ISSUES. Now none of the girls at the front will give me their names. I've wasted over two hours of my life on this place, I will be calling my lawyer. And if I see a charge on my card when they turned me away, it's going to be an even bigger issue. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in on 12/21 for an appt that I made for a full lash set over a week before - 12/13 to be exact. I even came on 12/17 for my brows, and they confirmed for 12/21. Then I received a text message and confirmed on 12/19, AS WELL AS A CALL THE DAY BEFORE ON 12/20 TO CONFIRM. Rightfully so, I show up at 6:00 pm and they tell me there is no appt on the books. They did nothing to try to make it right. They offered to reschedule, just to tell me that they had nothing for my availability before Christmas... this is a few days before Christmas and EVERYWHERE is booked. Now I have no way of getting my lashes done before the holidays. Even worse, when I went on 12/17 for my brows, they had no cash to give me change, so I had to over tip and over pay, leaving me a credit on file. Now that they stood me up, and I can't reschedule, I wanted my credit back in cash... THEY DIDN'T HAVE CASH AGAIN. I asked to speak directly to the manager and the manager was on the phone with the employee saying that they can only do credits on file and they would call me back tomorrow, that she's off right now. First of all, why would I be okay leaving a credit on file after what they did, AND they can't reschedule me for when I needed?? Secondly, as a manager, she should've handled this at the time and assisted me. I came for an appt and got turned away, wasted my time coming all the way out here, and she can't take her TIME to fix this?! They're so inconsiderate of my time, but worried about their time off. This was my time off too!! This is the worst customer service I've received in years. Now I wait for a call back tomorrow, 2 days before Christmas. Hopefully they can make an appointment for me and make it right. As of now, she has me waiting overnight for an answer, which is extremely unprofessional. read more

I went to get my first full intro set here. I am happy with how my lashes came out. The tech did a great job and I was satisfied. The reason why I am giving three stars is because I paid $30 extra for a master tech and I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time before the appointment started. I asked the front desk receptionist why it was taking so long, and she said "she didn't know you were here" I believe it is the front desks responsibility to notify the eyelash tech when a guests arrives or is waiting. Also I felt like the environment could have been a little more comfortable, during the appointment, I could barely hear any music playing during the service, and when it did come on it sounded like outer space music that was on really low volume. I was hoping by paying more I would get better customer service or someone who was a little bit more friendly. Also when I checked out I was asking about products and the girl at the front didn't know how much anything had cost. I don't know if it was because she was new. Just would have liked to get a little bit better customer service that's a little more friendlier. I understand everyone has bad or tough days and working in customer service is not always easy as a fact it is one of the most challenging jobs. I will come back to this location, hoping for a little better experience next time :) read more

This location is horrible customer service. The manager is not helpful and rude and the stylist for my daughters appointment called out three times in a months period. Then I was telling them I was disappointed with the way they handle things and the manager hung up on me. I called back wouldn't answer. Called from a different number and imagine that got a live person. I explained to them what had happened numerous times and told them I was unhappy and I was going to the Coral Springs location where I have never had a problem. Coral Springs just called me to tell me that my membership was canceled!!!!! Those rude girls at that location canceled my membership. I tried calling and of course no one answers. read more

I would never recommend going to this establishment. It is a HUGE scam. they are money hungry and unprofessional and their lash techs have no clue what they're doing. that's all you need to know but here's my story: i went in for the first time ever getting my lashes done and I explained to them i would need guidance the woman who did my lashes her English wasn't that great so I didn't fully understand what I was getting but I was happy with what I got. The girls at the front desk talked me into getting the membership which is $110 a month and you get two refills with that, they told me that all I would have to do is come in and tip I wouldn't have to worry about paying for anything. I signed paperwork for the membership and as I was signing it I clarified to them that I wouldn't have to pay anything extra and there was no hidden fees and they assured me that that was it come in and tip. as I left the place in my car I had a clump of lashes fall out and I noticed that a lash was glued to my bottom lashes. I had to go to work so I didn't have time to go back in at that moment but I went back two days later to get them fixed which they do provide for free for a three day grace period. The woman who fixed my lashes kept going on about how bad that they were and how clumped they were together and that she "wishes she could fix them all for me" I was mortified I couldn't believe she said that to me that I just paid all this money and spent all this time to get lashes done that were messed up. when it was finished I was happy with what she did and when I went to the front desk I asked if I could get her for my fill appointment they told me that she wasn't available that day but they told me that they had me with somebody else who was good. fast forward to two weeks later I go in for my first fill and the woman who's doing my lashes asked me what do I have on and I explain to her that I wasn't exactly sure what I got because it was my first time and I wasn't really sure what the woman did. The woman who was doing my fill said they look like volumes and I just said OK don't know what that means but went on with it. she was training somebody so the whole time she was talking so the experience was not that great but she kept saying how badly that they were clumped together and how badly that they were put on so that's two people that have trashed my lashes that the first woman did I couldn't believe that I paid all this money to get shitty lashes. when she was finished I went back up to the front desk and said all right I'm all good? Because it was my first fill with the membership and she was like no you have to pay like I was supposed to know that and I explain to her that I have the membership and I was told that I only come in and tip which I did and she told me that I'm being charged extra for the volume set which I was never told and I'm being charged extra for having a master stylist which I was never told either and I never requested a master stylist. I understand what the extra charges are for but what I don't understand is how I was never explained any of this even when I asked multiple times what I was being charged for when I got the membership the girl at the front desk explained to me that the membership is only for classic sets which I was also never told even when I asked... I don't know about you but that sounds like a huge scam to me because when I was filling out the membership paperwork in the first place the two girls at the front desk were talking about how that they would split the commission from this deal. now here we are three days later from that fill and my lashes are falling out left and right I did the 24 hours of not getting them wet I don't sleep on them I brush them constantly and they are just falling out they look terrible they look like I need a fill and this was literally three days ago. I called to cancel my membership and spoke to the manager who I didn't get the name and I explained all of this to her and all she had to say was I'm sorry experience wasn't that great I wasn't looking for a refund I wasn't looking for anything but I definitely was looking for a little bit more than that. She explained to me that I would have to fill out a cancellation form and send it back to them via email which I did and I haven't heard back from them two days later I finally called them and asked them if there was going to be a confirmation email or how I would know that it was canceled and the woman on the phone was like "yeah it's canceled" so I asked her if I was going to get a confirmation email and she told me that she would email me one. I checked my email and it said "got it, it's canceled" I've never dealt with such an unprofessional business in my life and on top of that they scammed me if you don't think this is scamming then you're on crack... read more

absolutely horrible, they put 2 hours for the time but it took less then an hour, my lashes were 50% gone after a week and a half and i was EXTREMELY over charged when they didn't confirm the price before hand, if i could give 0 stars i would please don't go here. read more
