My rating is for the way the company handled a situation where having a eyelash lift failed. I bought the eyelash lift for my 17 year old granddaughter for her special homecoming dance. The stylist was wonderful and did a great job unfortunately my granddaughters lashes were straight in 4 days. She followed all the instruction given to her. I called the salon to ask if we can have them re-done and if there would be any compensation. I was told a manager would call me back, she never did. I spoke to an employee on the 3rd day I called and was told there was nothing they could do about it. No discount, no compensation unless she wanted extensions. She just wanted her lashes to be curled she has beautiful full lashes they just need lifting period. The receptionist was short with me and not helpful at all. I never spoke with the manager, she never called or tried to please us. We paid for a service that failed and they do not stand behind their work. I would not recommend this studio. read more

I've been getting lashes regularly for past 8 yrs or more. Needed a touch up and thought I would try. The absolute worst job ever. 4 days later I had to find another tech to touch me up. Natural look was sparingly put on and many lashes were falling off within days. read more

I had my lashes done in Houston before I left to visit Indiana and I needed a touch up. I was told by management that I was to have my correction completed at the location at which it was done but, as a favor since I called and made the appointment and was told it was ok she allowed me to have them corrected. I was happy because you only have a short period of time before a correction is allowed. I was blessed with a tech named Rory and she filled my lashes and had me walking out feeling AMAZING! She made sure it was done right, I almost moved back to Indiana because of her great job! Customer service was excellent and everyone greeted me. I will say the attitudes did shift a bit when they found out I was there for a correction and not a new customer but, now I know the studios are owned by different people. read more

This was my first time here and I doubt I'd go back. The first day I got my lashes done, they were falling off. I got it done on a Friday, went back on Monday to get it fixed and each time I bat my eye lids, the lashes fall off. So, yea, this is not a keeper for me ‍. Nice and professional techs though. Horrible place with horrible customer service. Would not recommend and will never be back. In reply to your response: I have been coming for lashes since March and have other issues beside today's horrible customer service. I have also never been there for a full hour for a lash refill. I am normally out within 30-45 minutes, so there's in no reason why I was not taken today when I arrived at 5:13 for my 5pm appointment. Based on every single other experience I've had there, I would still have been out by 6pm. I'm so disappointed with the outcome of my lashes. They are so sparse and not noticeable at all when looking from the front view of my lashes. I explained to the best of my ability how I would like my lashes to look and got the complete opposite. I usually where individuals from the nail shop for $22 And I love the look it gives me. The technicians are very professional. The facility is immaculate, and everyone is very polite. However, maybe there could be some flexibility in the appointments. I really need to have two hours allotted for me; my natural lashes are short and I have trouble retaining them, so I would need the two hour appointment for a full set every time. Sometimes I am lucky, and I don't need the time, but it's a good idea to set the time, seeing that I ask for it every time I come to the salon. Armandina was very informative on the different styles they offered and took her time with me, I didn't feel like I was just another client. I've had my lashes done at the Orland location before and while I liked them, my eyes were irritated the whole day after first installing them... thankfully that didn't happen here. I Paid over $100 for lashes for an out-of-town wedding. The lashes were installed 3 days prior to the wedding. By the day before the wedding (day 2 of having the lashes applied), I had 5 lashes left on the right eye and and 3 or 4 on the left eye. I called Lash Studio and was told I could go to a Amazing Las Studio in Atlanta to have them repaired. Called the Georgia location and after 3 minutes it was clear they expected me to pay for the repairs. I was informed by Amazing Lash in Georgia that each location is owned individually and they would not accept any responsibility for the service I received. I called the Highland location again and was told if I couldn't get there in 3 days, my restitution period would end. At that point I had had it. I notified them I was no longer interested in a membership. Of course, they need a signed form in writing which the individual I spoke with said she would email to me. I never received it and forgot about it, the reminder came in the form of a $69.99 charge to my credit card. In the end, I had to pay someone $25 to apply strip lashes on top of the stragglers I had left. A company's name is their brand and if a company uses their name in multiple locations, then they should all stand by their brand and honor the name. $119 down the drain -- I will never spend another dime with any Amazing Lash Studio in any State -- I don't care who owns it. read more

The only reason why I'm giving this review a 2 star is because of my experience with Lydia, she was great! However, if I were to base this on my initial interaction I would give this a 0. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. This was my first time at the Amazing Lash Studio. I was told to come 15 minutes early to due to the screening process. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived at 10:45. Immediately I was greeted with " We ask you to be here 20 minutes early and because you're late we will have to reschedule your appointment". She couldn't even say "Hello". I had drove 50 minutes to get there. I was confused because not only was I NOT late but by the time she rambled about rescheduling, it was 10 minutes before my appointment. She then stated" if you can get the paperwork done before your appointment then it will be up to the lash tech if she wants to see you or not". Very unprofessional. Furthermore, it took me 2 minutes to fill out the paperwork and I was done by 10:55 STILL considered early for my appointment. I was then given two cups with product and had no explanation of what I should do with it (again this is my first time here). I was told to go to the back and wash my lashes, I was never told to come back to the front, so instead I had to ask the lash tech where I should go and who is doing my appointment. It was a complete unorganized mess. The receptionist ruined this entire experience for me. She was so rude, didn't greet me, and had absolutely NO customer service skills. Thanks to my lash tech , Lydia, I was able to walk away with something good to say. That was my first and probably my last time at Amazing Lash! read more

I booked my appointment with Haley weeks in advance in anticipation of looking glamorous for my 40th bday dinner and events. Haley came recommended and when I called, I gave my credit card information to hold the appointment and was told it would be charged if my cancellation was less than X amount of hours. Well, THE DAY OF MY BIRTHDAY, as I was coming out the shower preparing for my appointment, I was called by Amazing Lash-Highland who said Haley called off, and no one else was available to perform the service. I was asked did I want to re-book for the next day????? This was less than 2 hours before my appointment. I explained again, I am only turning 40 ONCE on that day. How unprofessional and so disappointing!!!! I think with all the rules around customer cancellations and wasting the worker's time, there was no consideration in wasting my time. They may do great lashes, I wouldn't know because Haley called off and I ran to get strip lashes to complete my look. I don't like unprofessional places so I couldn't recommend it and there was no contrition behind it. No, "let's get someone else", no "let's get you a discount for a later time." NOTHING. When I'm not valued as a person spending money...I can only imagine the culture of the establishment. read more

I decided to wait until after my second full set before I posted my review. If I would have gotten my lash technician, Jessica, the first time I would have given a 5 star rating. My first technician did a really bad job. I left thinking I looked like a clown but though they will look better after 24 hours. She only added lashes to the middle of my eye lashes and I had lashes crisscrossing and in clumps. For two days I lived with them and then I just trimmed the tips so they would at least blend with my inner and outer lashes with mascara. I thought the whole point was so I didn't have to wear mascara. I went to my 1st 2 week appointment and told Jessica how I felt and that I was going to give this one more try. I thought she would fill in my inner and out lashes and work on the clumpier lashes. To my disappointment she suggested removing the lashes and starting over. I decided to trust her recommendation - which was a great call in the end. So Jessica removed them on Tuesday (that appointment) and I rescheduled for Saturday (today) with Jessica. I absolutely LOVE my lashes now. THANK YOU Jessica! I'm not sure how all this works with the membership but I hope I get some kind of credit because I should have gotten this kind of service the first time. I'm so happy I decided to try one more time. Love. This. Place! Customer service is amazing....just as it should be!! With so many place the standard of customer service has gone down. I am on my second visit here and it is incredible! Christine is my lash stylist and she is phenomenal!! Takes her time very particular. Explains everything thing well. Excellent "chairside"manner! Not a pushy sales type. Very genuine and honest! I loved my lashes and Christine the first time and this second time I love them even more!!! Wow! My first visit I went the sexy which I really liked. This time I went with the gorgeous and this will be my new go to!!! Perfect for my almond shaped eyes! I seriously couldn't be happier!! I've gone to a beauty bar in the area who specializes in lashes and they were TWICE the price and did NOT look half as good!! And they would come off in clumps. My lash lasted beautifully!!!!
