If you ask for a cleanup, she leaves too much hair and doesn't really give you the clean crisp look that threading typically gives. Also, she's kind of rough lol. She will push your head in the direction she wants it to move while completing the service. She's a nice lady overall, but I've had better brow services at other threading establishments.

Upon my first visit, she gave me a tip to help grow my brows, something I'd been desperately trying to do and my former brow tech hadn't offered. I love the appointment and scheduling process as I like to do things digitally and quickly. Usually, I don't wait anymore than 5-10 minutes to be serviced. Overall, I'm pleased each time I leave the beauty bar. I will say that you may have to give this place a couple of tries before judging it (as with most places). My first visit was a little shaky because the receptionist wasn't the most helpful or welcoming to someone who'd never been in the shop and didn't know how things worked (sign-in vs. not signing in). Bottom line: Unless things changed, Tasha will be the ONLY person to do these brows!

Then when I asked for black henna some excuse was given, but then they "found" some black cones. They said the black henna is more expensive when it's actually not. I have the same cones they used and they're cheap, the color doesn't last long either. My design came out nothing like the picture it was so ugly and sloppy I cried. I ended up only getting 1 hand done that's how bad it was. I paid $25 and it's already fading into brown after 1 shower. Better off using stencils and doing it yourself at home.
