I completely understand having policies in place, but what disappointed me most was the way it was handled--cold, inflexible, and without any effort to understand the mix-up. I've never no-showed before, and this was clearly a miscommunication, not carelessness. Instead of a conversation, I was charged the full amount as if I received the service, and now I'm just out that money while she's on vacation. I'm really upset because I've had appointments cancelled and rescheduled due to the aesthetician and I couldn't get 12 mins. It doesn't seem fair and it's frustrating. Again, Alissa's work is usually flawless I love getting my eyebrows and eyelashes done by her. But this policy and the lack of compassion is something I can't get behind. I wanted a full natural look with some noticeability. They are full & curled ( see the pics below) I am so displeased, I called back to the shop and spoke to MiMi. Mimi explanation sounded more like an excuse, that the lashes used was based on my natural lashes ability to use certain lengths to avoid damage to the lash line. Also, their was no offer to redo them or offer any kind of half off. So I will not return & do not recommend. If you do go please take a picture of what you want or expect. Enroute to the spa I had to activate my new debt card and my bank has extreme measures for activating a new card. You have to either make a trasciation using the pin they provided or you could use it at an ATM using the pin they provided. I tried both attempts and neither was working it was saying wrong pin. I reached to the owner and her text were very friendly and understanding; then at 6:30 I get a text saying I was no longer welcomed. I was stunned and as soon as she sent the text message she then blocked me. Not only was I a long standing monthly appointments at the spa; I also referred over 10 people with each one scheduling and having at least one service and trip to the salon.

First of all, I'm located in Nashville so I put my trust in this lovely team to make sure my mom was all taken care of and they did that and more! In my moms own words this was not only the BEST spa experience she had, this was the BEST GIFT she ever received. I'll admit, I wasn't too sure when I walked in because the customer service wasn't there. However, once I sat down, both ladies that were there were nice and engaging. It was a very pleasant appointment. Kee did my nails and did a great job. I've had my nails for 2 weeks and they look like I just got them done. The prices were great too. My only complaint is that the website and the door say that walk in's were welcomed but on a weekday afternoon there were only 2 nail techs and they both had clients. I waited about an hour and a half, which I had no problem with. A woman came after me and they suggested she come in tomorrow. It was 3 pm on a Wednesday but the door says they're open until 8 pm. I know now that an appointment is necessary. The walk in thing is what make the chop shops appealing especially for women like me with up and down schedules. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back.
